Good personality, generally helpful, level head, not judgemental, etc...If you look at the team now, you won't see many of them getting into pissing matches and the drama that sometimes arises. They leave that for me, Matt or JWeave.

I need people that offset my generally unhelpful, judgemental, and bitchy attitude.

Usually the team votes but in this case i picked him myself. He was second in the last vote.
