Had to make my gym visit quick because of the long shift at work. Had a pretty good pump but was holding a bit of carb bloat today and it showed in my weight. Nothing a good dry out day can't fix though.

Did a supp count and figured out I have 9 days left of EPRO which gives me 2 days at 5 ABE and 7 days at 6 ABE and I will be finished with this run. Diet will be super strict for the rest of this time frame.

Thanks guys! No its not weird at all SB, I mean look how epic my last oral cycle was man!!! I'm more proud of how far my hard work along with good supplementation has gotten me natty though for sure! I'd be fooling myself to say I'm not super excited though!

Off to watch some of the tigers game and eat some wings at Frickers! Too bad I have to work tonight.

Off day today. Worked a long shift and relaxed. Tonight I will be going in for a long workout and plan on pushing real hard! Thinking I may do both legs and chest! Will hopefully also start tearing up some cardio to try to shred up a bit more to finish up strong in this last week.

Chest/legs/cardio/abs. Straight killed it today! Bad news came on my drive to the gym, sat in parking lot an shared a prayer for a few and came into the gym like a tornado. PRs not only beat but crushed. Strength is through the roof and libido is crazy. So glad I decided to extend this run past 1 month. These last few weeks really have been incredible!
