Coming off Norco (Trying to stay lean)

New member
As Im coming off norco I am sure water retention will increase as yohimbine in the norco does a good job of sucking my subq. water down...

what are some good supps to use as I am cycling off Pes Norcodrene... Im using F95 100mg ED but I think Cooper mentioned 12 weeks ON, 4-6 weeks OFF repeat is fine...

Im considering running
Anabeta Elite
+added F95

Not sure what else to add as there's good options out there but im coming off stims so maybe you guys can help me choose here..

Erase pro would be a solid addition. I love the ABE/EPRO combination for staying lean while adding good solid lean mass. EPRO has very solid feedback for leaning and drying out and compliments ABE nicely.

By the way. How well did Norco treat you?

Erase Pro/Compound 20 would be a good 1-2 Stack
I would also toss in something like Burn 24 / Recompodrol / Slin Sane V2 as a GDA

try counting macros and doing cardio.

and stack wise

AmentoMax
LCLT or ALCAR
Forskolin 95
Olympus Labs Elim1nate
Burn 24
Reduce XT

think that would be a good choice.

Another shout-out for Erase or Erase Pro

Great option in a cut while cycling off stims. As was said I would look at Burn 24 or Recompadrol as well for a good GDA.

I liked Norcodrene due to a lower caffeine dosage as it recommends 2-3 capsules daily that's 200-300mg... Compared to most with like 600-800mg... Higher caffeine doses give me adrenal fatigue seriously like Hydroxycut Pro series did... PES hit a nail with Norco b/c it had the Yohimbine and Caffeine that I liked.. Not sure on the ingredients but I loved it.. I would do this year-round but however I dont want to get adrenal fatigue like I did before... It sucks its been nearly 8 weeks and I do need to take 6-8 weeks off again before i start it :(

Regarding Erase Pro the new one apparently has no bad effects on tendons, but the old one really bugged my joints so I am scared to try the Erase Pro! honestly... I am injured since march and I dont train much at all its hard with my tendons.. However I would try Erase Pro new version if Cooper verifies that it has no properties like arimastine to dry my joints nasty...

Thanks man.. I never been a USPLabs fan however I heard Compound 20 was good? what exactly does it do... Also of course I'll get a GDA not sure whats the best as many say Agmatine Sulfate with added goodies are better than the combinations..

try counting macros and doing cardio.

Looks good what about Follidrone, Vigor, F95, Anebta Elite and 2-3 other products rather those?

Options from SNS would be Reduce XT, TTA-500 (although it seems like you don't want to hold water so maybe not a good options for you), and GlycoPhase (GDA).

I personally love Erase+X gels for keeping lean.

For staying lean, I enjoy Alphamax + X-Gels. X-Gels, ArA, speaks for itself. Alphamax has an will increase both free test and total test, contains an AI, and F95 to help stay lean while eating some more. Right now, GRN has it for 28.99

PES needs to make a stim-free Norco! lol I'd love that! However I'd consider

- Burn24 (Non-stim fat burner w/ 600mg Berberine HCL)
- Anabeta Elite with or just F95
- CLA @ 8-10g ED
- Epicatechin ~> Follidrone, EPIC or Myosynergy
- Erase Pro (New version as you are prone to joint issues like me)

Additional to consider:
ArA
HMB-CA
PA
Derma-Str3ngth

Besides what I mentioned there are the usuals of course like omega-3, GDAs, ALCAR/PLCAR but I would assume with Burn24, ABE, DermaStrength/PA/Epicatechin there isn't much more to add unless you want to do TTA but I don't know if that elicits a stimulant effect?

I like the idea of Anabeta Elite with added forskolin. After dieting for so long you're in a higher state of insulin sensitivity, your body is essentially "primed" to put on more lean mass if you dial things in accordingly. I always like to follow up a diet with a slight period at maintenance (to help reverse some of the adaptive thermogenesis), and then move into a small surplus to take advantage of this period. Using Anabeta Elite will augment this "rebound" phase by directing nutrients where you want them to go, creating a perfect recipe for lean lean gains.

Erase Pro will not effect your joints and would also be of use if you're looking to further "harden up".

Solid advice here. The new formula of Erase Pro is not going to affect your joints in the way that the old version did and is a great way to keep lean, but the idea of taking advantage of your current state with some added AnaBeta Elite is an excellent call.

I am trying to decide between Alphamax or F-95 + Elim1nate to add to Norcodrene.

Alphamax:
75mg Arimistane, 50mg Forskolin, $35.

Elim1nate + F-95 (with Nor-cAMP deal):
100mg Arimistane, 50mg Forskolin, $35

Alphamax contains some other stuff,
so what's the best choice?

Is there any benefit to dosing Arimistane higher?

Alphamax is going to give added benefit of increased Free Test from full dose of Divanil and L-dopa, deeper sleep from ZMA and L-dopa combo, and a nice libido boost. All very nice additions to a cutting/recomp run.

In addition to what Cubs' posted, the deep and restful sleep from the l-dopa and ZMA will be very beneficial if your cals are still low or barely over maintenance. You recovery may not be as quick, but with the deep sleep, recovery should improve some. You would try to dose Arimistane higher to see how you react to it, some people's joints get achy. The only way to find out would be to try it out. How much did you find the Alphamax for?

$35 at NutraPlanet.
I tried arimistane @100mg and it makes me depressed. 75mg is great. No joint issues with Orange Triad.

The mental effects of alphamax look great to me. I think I'll go with that.
Should I dose extra forskolin with it?

You could toss a cap or 2 of F95 if you wanted to stay at higher than 50Mg. How long have you been doing 100?

Well, I don't have forskolin yet and I was doing 100mg of Arimistane for 2 weeks.

Thanks everyone!

I think that Alphamax + Forskolin 95 would leave you a lot of options for dosing. You can work up the dose of both the arimistane (18.75mg per cap) and forskolin (12.5mg per cap). This should allow you a wide range of dosing so that you can really fine tune the dosing.

Cool. Do I need to do IF on Norcodrene or can I just dose it 45 minutes before breakfast?

Norcodrene is best used on an empty stomach, but there's no need for IF. Dosing 45 minutes before breakfast is perfectly fine.

So there's no benefit in doing IF with norco?
There was an article that recommended combining IF with alphamine.

IF is a personal choice and more for what is convenient for the individual and eating.

You will notice with Norcodrene that you're appetite may disappear :).

I would suggest GC, maybe some type of GDA and maybe some thyrocaps or alpha t2?

Lol. One reason why I personally do not like IF. Eat when you're hungry, but stay at a deficit to lose weight.

For some on IF they get the benefits of decreased hunger
There are appetite control benefits of IF

If you get a big influx of water retention it's not supplement related. It's diet or you're not as lean as you think. If your below 10% bloat should be nonexistent.

I loved it!!! I tried it with F95 with my F95 at 125mg ED loved it !! and i wasnt even training or doing cardio and I got lean.

Erase Pro or AlphaMax would be awesome.
