Hey C this may be a good thing though! Maybe the motivation will help pull you thru the hard time! I wish i had someone to diet with. Noone is really dieting with me im dieting alone damnit lol. I figure at about another 8 weeks i should be shredded, but my plan of what will happen and what actualy happes are COMPLETELY different. :lol:

exactly I know someone who's dieting but he's going like 100 carbs while on clen twice a day cardio(although my cardio is on a diff level than his) umm ill pass lol... I'm gonna do some3thing similar starting next week but I'm personally a loner....

This will be day 2 of the Neo/Rpm combo. I noticed yesterday that I felt thermogenic all day and it came back when I took my pre-bed Neo.
 
Back day:
Strength was good and water weight is dropping again. Seems that the Neo has a diuretic effect on me.

We started with low row to the chest cable pulls at 70lbs for 15 and then did 10 lying hyper extension X 4

Then we did T bar rows x 15 and 30 crunches X 4 sets.

We then did pull thrus on the cable machine at 60lbs then we went to the cable machine sat about a foot away on a banch and pulled 60 lbs in a row like form and then we did 80lb reverse grip pulldowns. Did these for 4 sets.

Then we hit 35lb single arm bent over rows 10 per side for 4 sets. And finished with 30 pushups, 30 mountain climbers and 30 more crunches. Only one set of these..lol

They day felt really good I was happy with it.
 
So far I'm only 2 days in but I like it. I'm prone to naseau on alot of supps but this one is good.

I'm less tired on it . My pumps in the gym have always been good so .. But yeah so far I like it. And I'm only on 1 a day.

Have you checked out Cindy Phillips yet?You should love her older younger stuff,and maybe even current.She's getting big though.She still looks like a lady(she's natural)just with bigger muscles than most.


EDIT:See!My pictures don't work.That makes me mad cause she almost looks like two different people in some of her pics,some hot as hell,others kind of freaky.
 
Yeah I checked her site out. Looks good ! I'm not sure just how far I want to go with the muscle building. But I will know when I like the visual I see in the mirror.

Me too!I hate it when people ask how big i'm trying to get or what I want to weigh and all that.I just know that right now I want to be bigger and pretty damn big in the end.I hadn't looked at any pics of her in a while.She broke my heart once I realised I would never get to be with her :sad: When I checked the other day I could tell she had definately gotten bigger.I would like to see her in person.She's def big for a girl,but she's small too.I'd hit it if anything!You'd know if I do.I'll be known as the guy who's means of transportation is this :dance:

Thats my trainer, the bikini pics and cowboy pics are her in the off season. I only hope to be as lean as her all the time.
 
She looks pretty good!She's more normal and i'm just weird.I love Cindy.I don't think many woman want to look like Cindy.Despite the fact that she's still feminine.It probably makes her life harder,but you can't help the way you are.

Thats why I tried my first cut a while ago.I screwed it up like crazy.13lbs in 13 days is not going to be pure fat.I think I lost more muscle than fat actually.I was still eating every 2 hrs.I just cut my carbs way too quickly and started cardio while eating clean(I eat pretty dirty and stay relatively lean)......It ate me up.Live and learn!

Me too!The thing I like about summer is as others are getting smaller,i'm still getting bigger.Fvck cutting!Stay relatively lean and keep gaining.Anyone can be skinny with abs.I had that in the fith grade!

Arm day:
Not much to say, it was a typical arm day. Although we did do walkout push ups and I did 30 min of cardio.

I had a good pump today, plenty of energy and all over felt good.

She is still waiting to get the diet from her diet guy but she said she would ask him about it tonight. So if all goes well maybe by Monday or Tuesday.
