Are you still liking the rpm crader?Been thinking about trying it.I have hemodraulix and thought it was for energy too,but it's not.Only pumps.

Sorry man,I haven't used it.It seems very promising though from everyone else.I'm going to start once my m drol cycle is done.I believe six days.I can pm u some reviews another pm'd me if you want.Also sarch "post hemodraulix results."

I'm liking the RPM, I only take 1 a day and I'm still getting results my abs are showing, I get a nice general feeling of energy and good mood. I'm taking it with the Neo so that may be some of it.

Arm day yesterday. All I can say was man my pump was off the hook. I was actually wanting something to take it away;) I was getting all kinds of comments on the hardness of my muscle when pumped.

I was in a good mood and giving her hell so decided to punish me. I was done with triceps exercise as the pump was too much, we started with close grip bench 45x15, 45x15,65x15, 65x 15, we did these with dragon flags x30 for 4 sets

Did some other tri stuff and by rhe time we did bent over tri kickbacks I was too pumped to want any more tri stuff..lol So I told her she was making me unbalaced with no bi work:) So while everyone else got to do 4 sets of 10 on incline bench laying on our belly doing bicep curls with a bar facing the floor. Well she made me do 3 sets of 20. I was hurting, lol. We did a ton of bicep work and then did 5 sets of 100 broomstick twists.

Crader, I just scrolled through your journal here and would like to say good job! Your work ethic and devotion only confirms that you're a motivated, and as the title states, "classy,' women!
 
Great work!!!! You'd kill most people I know (including me!) in the gym. Very motivational!

Thank you guys, I try hard! And to be honest thats why I chose her as a trainer, I knew she would drive me. And I knew I would feel guilty if I let her or me down!! So I drive even when I want to take a break. No less than anyone does!

Diet was off this weekend but honestly I'm not to worried about it. It should be monday when I get the new diet or sometime this week , then my diet will be strict enough. Just enjoyed the weekend:)

I'm really starting to notice the freak show feeling I get when I go out in public. We went to the mall and a few bars over the weekend and I felt like everyone was staring at me. I had a girl come up to me drunk mentioning "guns" and at the mall got a few dirty looks. It was one of the first times it made me feel self consious.

I need to figure out how to have a thicker skin. Because I'm not going to change. But man as a woman it just does not seem accepted to carry muscle witout people looking at you like you have three heads.

Very true and good post. I find it very attractive when a women has a good muscular base. But then again i train my ass off as well so i guess it goes hand n hand. I get freak looks to from dudes, or they laugh at me and give me the "whata meathead" look type thing. Just cant let it get to ya girl!

I was going to say the same thing.I get looked at in a long sleeved shirt or even at the gym where people should be used to it.

Yea I agree with Clipse, it shows you really care about your self which, in most cases, speaks so much louder than just physical appearance

Took the day off:( I did not feel good today so I took the day off.

But I did mow the grass and I'm cleaning and moving boxes. So its not like I just sat around being lazy;)

Haha, It was leg day and since that day makes me throw up anyway I knew I would not make it through the training.

It was a push mower! lol Better than nothing!

Now you see, if you would've worn those shoes that lady at Priscilla's keeps trying to sell you, this would've been a wicked calf workout. Everybody's wearing them. :D :rolf:
 
That's gotta take so much skill to get it to maneuver correctly. I would so end up taking out my neighbor's flower garden.
 
LOL I actually did have heels on while I was doing it, I also did not touch the self propel lever so I got a better workout.
 
There was a guy on the news last summer (I think it was in Cleveland), who started a landscaping crew comprised of women in 2-piece swimsuits. Made quite a killing doing that.
 
Well for all you doubters out there, I went and did legs and a little cardio today. I did a round of all the typical things for leg day so I would not miss out on leg day. I will procede with my typical shoulder day with her later.

For some reason I still have that tiredness and naseau lingering. But I'm doing my best to ignore it.
 
You are hardcore! Simple as that... I guess I'll go get my frickin cardio out of the way too... LOL

Hope she does not have alot of jumping around or I'll likely get sick for shoulders:(

Im pickin up the rejuvenation stack so i can stay healthy! I wana be tip top shape for summer! Oh yea!
 
I'm a little sick to my stomach, so I'm not sure.

Shoulder day was rough, I started with machine presses for 15 x35 and did 15 leg lifts with it, 4 sets.

We then did pronated dumbell presses for 10 a side with 30 mountain climbers for 4 sets.

Then she had us do side raises with 20 lb dumbells to our ears for 30 x 4 sets.

We did the cables with a rope and had to back up and pull it to our face with 60lbs on it for 15 and superset it with bent over flyes x 15.

We did some other stuff and ended with something I've never done. I must say it was harder than it looked. We started out with a 25lb plate between our feet in push up stance. We then did a walk up towards our feet going backwards, when we walked our hands in towards our feet as far as we could go we stiffened abs and pushed the plate backwards. We did this across the gym to a mat 3 times with no rest.
