I'm liking the RPM, I only take 1 a day and I'm still getting results my abs are showing, I get a nice general feeling of energy and good mood. I'm taking it with the Neo so that may be some of it.
Arm day yesterday. All I can say was man my pump was off the hook. I was actually wanting something to take it awayI was getting all kinds of comments on the hardness of my muscle when pumped.
I was in a good mood and giving her hell so decided to punish me. I was done with triceps exercise as the pump was too much, we started with close grip bench 45x15, 45x15,65x15, 65x 15, we did these with dragon flags x30 for 4 sets
Did some other tri stuff and by rhe time we did bent over tri kickbacks I was too pumped to want any more tri stuff..lol So I told her she was making me unbalaced with no bi workSo while everyone else got to do 4 sets of 10 on incline bench laying on our belly doing bicep curls with a bar facing the floor. Well she made me do 3 sets of 20. I was hurting, lol. We did a ton of bicep work and then did 5 sets of 100 broomstick twists.

Thank you guys, I try hard! And to be honest thats why I chose her as a trainer, I knew she would drive me. And I knew I would feel guilty if I let her or me down!! So I drive even when I want to take a break. No less than anyone does!
Diet was off this weekend but honestly I'm not to worried about it. It should be monday when I get the new diet or sometime this week , then my diet will be strict enough. Just enjoyed the weekend![]()

I'm really starting to notice the freak show feeling I get when I go out in public. We went to the mall and a few bars over the weekend and I felt like everyone was staring at me. I had a girl come up to me drunk mentioning "guns" and at the mall got a few dirty looks. It was one of the first times it made me feel self consious.
I need to figure out how to have a thicker skin. Because I'm not going to change. But man as a woman it just does not seem accepted to carry muscle witout people looking at you like you have three heads.
lol.. yea you really cant let it get the best of you anyhow most women couldnt achieve what you have even if they actually tried.... Anyhow the general public dosent even understand what goes into training....

Haha, It was leg day and since that day makes me throw up anyway I knew I would not make it through the training.
It was a push mower! lol Better than nothing!
Man that would rock. I'd totally give up my xbox for a remote controlled lawn mower. The things you could do...
I'm not hardcore, just feeling guilty for missing legs. But I knew I could not make her leg day.

I'm a little sick to my stomach, so I'm not sure.
Shoulder day was rough, I started with machine presses for 15 x35 and did 15 leg lifts with it, 4 sets.
We then did pronated dumbell presses for 10 a side with 30 mountain climbers for 4 sets.
Then she had us do side raises with 20 lb dumbells to our ears for 30 x 4 sets.
We did the cables with a rope and had to back up and pull it to our face with 60lbs on it for 15 and superset it with bent over flyes x 15.
We did some other stuff and ended with something I've never done. I must say it was harder than it looked. We started out with a 25lb plate between our feet in push up stance. We then did a walk up towards our feet going backwards, when we walked our hands in towards our feet as far as we could go we stiffened abs and pushed the plate backwards. We did this across the gym to a mat 3 times with no rest.

We did 60 pushups , incline bench, cable flyes, machine flyes, overhead dumbell pullovers, dumbell presses, walk out push ups, and some other stuff. All in super sets and typical style.
