Well as far as weights and stamina I had a good workout. It was just fueled with what I assume is your version of alpha male anger..lol I upped my weights on my own, seldom do I do that with her because I get to wore out.

is this Pissed-off Muscles Supercharged?

It's cellophane, and looks a hell of a lot cooler than wadded up cotton to cushion the capsules and makes sure they don't break.

Plus, they make awesome kitty toys.
 
Arms: Another good day as far as focus went
I started off with 15 tricep dips feet out and then did 10 per arm flat curls seated for 4 reps.

We then did 20 push ups using the end of a bench and did incline curls with elbows out 10 per arm for 4 sets.

Then we did 10 per arm of reverse grip thumb over dumbell curls supersetted with cable curls at 50 lbs x 15 for 4 sets.

We then did 15 overheard tricep pulls at 50 lbs x 15 supersetted with 10 tricep presses at 60lbs for 4 sets.

We did a few others and then I did 15 min of cardio!!

Woohooo down 2 lbs on the scale in bodyfat and still holding good muscle.

Today was chest/ leg shaping day! I took my ephedra and hypertrop-x before I went. I hit 25 min of cardio at a 15 incline and 3.2 pace.

We started with chest press machine using flat handles at 50lbs x 15 reps and did 6 walkouts with them for 4 sets.

Then we hit the incline bench for dumbell presses x 15 with 15 leg lifts supersetted in for 4 sets.

Then we did wide dumbell flyes for 15 reps supersetted with pop squats for 15 x 4 sets.

Onward to do a flye movement and as we brought it in we moved the weights together to come down and do a press and back up and out into a flye again. That movement counted as 1 rep. We did 10 of these and then did reverse lunges at 10 per leg for 4 sets.

Then we did overhead barbell extensions on a flat bench for 15 at 35lbs and then did a lovely movement where we did a jumping lunge on both legs and then jumped into a squat and back up as 1 rep we did 15 of these for 4 sets.

We did some more chest work and a little bit of abs and we were done!!!!

It seems like she has tailor-made this routine just for you. Even if she seems sadistic and cruel, I think you're lucky to have her. LOL I love her to death, she is one of the sweetest people ;) She is however much crankier than me on this diet..lol Cruel is not the word I would use...maybe driven to watch me suceed? She is the greatest, I recommend a day of training with her to any of you who roll into Ohio for the day.

I did not think it was a very strenuous workout but boy am I sore today. In both chest and shoulders. I will update pics soon to determine if the diet is pulling muscle or paranoia on my part. Natalie has gained 3 lbs on it so far and is leaning. So hopefully not.
 
Back day

What can I say, I'm totally exhausted! I can barely remember what I've done today.

I started with reverse grip pulldowns at 80lbs for 15 reps and as soon as the last rep was up we did wide grip behind the head pulldowns for 6 reps, we did 4 sets, we also had 30 crunches in this set.

Then we did cable pulldowns in squat position with a bar at 60lbs for 10reps supersetted with the cable machine with a single handle bottom position and we pulled it to our belly with both hands for 15 reps x 90lbs. We then supersetted it with 50 mountain climbers. We did 4 sets of these.

Then we did single arm bent over rows at 10 per arm supersetted with 15 pop squats and grabbed the dumbell on the way up into a deadlift. Did 4 of these.

Then we did between the leg barbell pull throughs for 15 reps and then did 10 barbell bent over rows per arm for 4 sets..and I honestly just can't remember what else we did. Most of the class was super cardio intensive and my heart raced for half of it. After class I did 15 min of cardio and then did 2 sets of 50 broomstick twists.
 
Forgot to add I had 4 different people approach me in the gym today and mention that I was cutting up nicely and leaning out. So the diet must be working. And muscle loss is minimal.

Awesome work lady! Those compliments are what makes it all worthwhile. Of course, we do this for ourselves mainly to be stronger and get fit to be healthy. But those compliments sure go a long way in fueling our motivation. You're doing great and looking awesome. Keep on...keeping on! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Arm day
We started with tricep pushdowns at 60lbs x 15 and then did 10 close grip push ups on a low bar in the dead rack for 4 sets.

We then did 15 overhead tricep extensions at 50lbs and did 30 crunches x 4 sets.

Then we moved on to supenated curls x 15 supersetted with 10 hammer curls for 4 sets

We did some curls with a twist at the top x 15 and supersetted them with 15 tricep kick backs for 4 sets.

Then she had us go to the cables and dropped it to the bottom and had us do 20 bicep curls with a bar at 40lbs x 3 sets. This one hurt.

We did some other fun stuff and then I went off to cardio land for 15 min..

I've tried it out, I couldn't wait!!! I'm loving it so far! I alternate it with Napalm for the cortisol if I'm stressing.
 
Leg day, well I can barely walk so it must have been worth something!

I started off with 20 min of cardio.

Then we did barbell lunges 15 per leg with 35lbs weight for 3 sets.

Then we did 15 reverse lunges weighted the same for 3 sets.

Then we did 10 non weighted lunge to the front and then to the back at 10 per leg for 3 sets.

Then we did a triple superset of one legged deads with the barbell at 15 per leg, then we went straight to leg curls at 90lbs for 10 reps and then we did extensions at 90lbs for 10 reps. We did 4 sets of these.

Then we did 15 per leg of a jumping side to side squat lunge for 3 sets and then we were off to do 3 sets of 30 on calves.

This honestly burned me out to the point that i had a hard time getting dressed..
 
My worse problem getting dressed besides pants being tight,is feeling like I'm going to puke when I'm bending down to tie my shoes.I feel light headed,naucious,and it's hard to breath.I would love to own a gym one day and if I do the benches will have feet rest to tie your shoes!And a rule that all people must change inside the shower curtain thats just outside the actual shower.NO NUDITY YOU SICK FVCKS!!!!!

Good job crader.I realy want to become a personal trainer and your log will be perfect to study to see the workouts you do.Most clients are out of shape women anyways from what I see or the I don't want to get buff type.I honestly think everyone can benifit from training like a bb'r though.Atleast to get to the point they want muscle wise.It's all about building as much muscle as quickly as possible.I don't think girls would like me having them do ATG sq's,Deads,military press etc.....Although that would set me apart from the others :think:
 
Her routines are good for building muscle and then when she wants me to slow down and maintain she just lightens my weights for awhile.

They seem good.My sister does that aerobic TV crap sometimes and I'm just like you know instead of doing that just lift weights!Same way with guys that do like 5 different leg machines when all they need is sq's and stiff leg deads for quads and hams.I asked my sister if she knew how to work her calves(i'm somewhat obsessed with calves and most disregard them)She says yeah but why would I work my calves!Theirs not much hope for her.
 
Okay, well I ran out of ephdedra today so i added in the clen again, lol. Then we stopped and got some ephedra so before workout I had my Hypertrop-X and an ephedra pill.

Today was shoulder day and it really went better than most shoulder days in terms pain.

We did every exercise that we did today on a stability ab board.

We warmed up with three sets of 50 board shakes in push up position with abs tight and supersetted it with 15 dragon flags.

Then we did single arm side raises with a dumbell at 15 per arm and supersetted it with 10 pushups. 4 sets.

We then did 4 sets of front raises in tight up to the chin and on the way down we did a side pulse, this counted as one rep. We did 15 reps 4 sets.

Then we did 10 raises straight out for 4 sets.

We then did bent over lateral raises for 15 reps and 3 sets.

We did a bunch of other stuff and I hit cardio for 15 min at a 15 incline and did interval sprints uphill.
 
Well it does make you concentrate on form, because if you are throwing your body to use momentum when you get tired it makes the board shake. So you have to slow it down and pull it together to finish in good form.
 
Is ephedra the same as ephedrine?Where do you get yours crader?I bought some from a drug store and the internet.I see it at gas stations alot and it will just say ephedrine or ephedra.I would like to get something thats not designed for asthma!
 
Well I was using the vasopro but we went to the drugstore and got the new stuff. Its the HCL version although we got one of each. I think they only market it for asthma now.

I forgot to add that I did 4 sets of 50 mountain climbers.
 
I have vasopro on the way but I'm using bronkaid right now.the bronkaid has the sulfate but the vasopro said it has the hcl which is supposed to be stronger mg to mg.I got 3 more bottles of havoc yesterday and noticed ya'll used the cotton instead of the celophane!

Re: The Havoc...they returned a run that was short, which means the caps are around 1 mg higher than 10mg. Yeah, the cotton was used this time - I think they were out of cellophane and we were in a rush.

The run you got is dosed at around 11mg.

They are allowed a tolerance of 10%..customers get more bang for the buck, and I just get shorted a few grand. :(

Damn thats alot of money!Do you know how many bottles went out?That just seems like a lot of money for 1 gram per pill.I guess that is 90grams a bottle though.Well thats cool.I put a little piece of paper in my goodie box that says use celophane first,cotton last.So that'll work quite nicely for me.Sorry for your losses though.Time to start crackin skulls!!!!

:toofunny: Very true.I'm excited.I haven't used it yet but I now have 7 bottles.It will be my next in about 6 weeks or so.Maybe a little more,maybe a little less.
 
20 minutes of cardio BEFORE hitting the weights? Especially legs? Damn girl!! And then a triple superset? Oooh yeah!! Your training is utterly barbaric.:twisted: It's very inspiring! Keep up the brutal work!:clap2: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
The cardio before legs is kind of like a stretching warm up for me. And honestly I could never get it done after legs, I always feel way to bad.

Today was chest and apparently a light leg day.

We started with incline bench flyes for 15 reps supersetted with 15 pop squats for 4 sets

Headed on the decline after that and did decline presses for 15 reps and supersetted that with stationary lunges 10 per leg. We did 4 sets.

Then we did decline pullovers with 35lbs for 10 reps and supersetted it with 30 calve raises for 4 sets.

Then we did cable flyes at 40lbs for 15 reps and supersetted walking lunges from one end of the gym to the other for 4 sets.

Then we did one of the hardest things she has asked of me in a long time. We had to get two 6lb medicine balls and balance on them and roll them out in a walkout and do one push up balanced on them and roll the balls back up to your feet without touching the floor. We had to do 3 sets of 6 on these.

Talk about balance and shaking and complete bodypart cooperation. I then did some recreational dragon flags at 2 sets of 15 for fun.

No cardio today other than the 10 min of stationary bike I got in earlier.
 
Oh I actually felt bad and irritated all at the same time tonite. There is an older woman that started working out with us and she has zero muscle tone. Well I've watched her get irritated that she does lower weights than me. Tonight before class she mentioned that she wanted to train one on one with Natalie because I make her feel inadequate..sigh...Well I told her Ive been training with heavy weights for years before I went to train with Nat. And that gave me my base to do lighter weights and more reps/sets. I told her that one on one time would not make a difference that it just takes time to learn form and build up to it. I also told her that as I own a supp co. I had to make a choice on how I wanted to represent so I take supps that increase my test levels. That its not right for everyone but a personal choice of mine. Nothing I said got through to her and in my 2nd set of the medicine ball thing I'm on the floor and she tries to ask me about my tan!!!! Now keep in mind I'm trying not to bite the floor and to stay true to form and she wants me to chat with her.....I just sighed and did my best! Sometimes I wish I had *****y in me.

And this is why I love training alone! Everyone else slows me down and breaks my concentration. My workouts are very much like a religious experience to me. It's my "sacred place"!:box: I can't let anyone or anything distract me. It's just me and those damn unyeilding weights. I put on the "bear shirt" and go crazy on that iron!! Workout partners---BAH-HUMBUG!! All I need is my Berserker-Rage!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
LOL luckily she is not a partner, most of the time in the training I'm in the zone and not very friendly myself. It depends who is training that day. But I tend to be quiet most of the time. But it fueled irritation that helped me knock them out.
