I can tell you why you feel bad.

Your training the same bodyparts every day!
Bench press and deads every day you train? Not gonna get very far this way brother. body will fall apart.
ESPECIALLY with DC style training which is already super brutal.

If you are confident using the program you are more power to you but I would be and most people would be sick and run down in about a week or 2 max training like this.
If you want I can help you setup a solid DC program.
If not.....I suggest you get some rest man.

Yea I'll go to 3 a days with the same routine, maybe some LISS cardio days, rest is definitely needed lol maybe a delay day or 2 soon.

I follow your journey for about a year.
Your workouts did not change often. Maybe brundel is right and your body does not recover in time.

I'm going back to recomping, I'll weigh in Wednesday or Tuesday morning. I can't handle eating in a large surplus psychologically lol. I'll be adding in BMP on Day 60 so it will definitely help me recomp.

So I'm back at it, hopefully a damn doctor calls back so I can go to one, not sure what's wrong with doctors now in days. So like I said, I'll be going 3 times a week everyother day then a two day break maybe with LISS cardio.
 
Also odd note today, not saying this is due to any supplements I'm on but I woke up and my nipple were and have been sensitive all day plus I have been a bit emotional. I might get letrone and dose it at a cap a day for the rest of the cycle. Not sure why this happened.

im getting some letrone rebound right now actually, in me it's apparently not suicidal definitely works while on it, i love letrone in everyway i just suggest a weaker ai to be run after letrone.

I've been out of my pct for about a month, this was really random. I haven't started anything new yet.

That might be it, I did run it for 3 months on Osta but I did also run Testify which had dhaa in it. I'll probably get a bottle of letrone and just dose it at one cap for 2 months.

Yeah i've had it past 4 days about 7 days after stoppingit started, so yeah not suicidal but still great.

Now I feel good, still need a doc for my quad so no squats for a while. I rarely get sore too but if I do get sore I know my body is starting to overreach. I'll be more bored now but I'll throw some LISS cardio outside on a off day to get some blood flowing and to not be bored lol.

Dang man hope the quad gets to feeling better. Are you doing any type of rehab for it?

I should but I don't lol I do remember be recommended something but I don't recall now. There are a ton of sports rehab places near me so I may stop there when I can.

•Crunches on a machine that locks your legs(felt a tightness in my lower back)

I feel like I have more size on me then usual, I'm on 166 but it feels like I have more. Arms definitely got more size on them and same with my chest, maybe legs too. All for now.
 
Odd note, only till now my joints hurt, specifically my left elbow and poop is looser them normal. At first it included GI distress but not so much now, just farts and loose poop lol.

Workout had been steady, no dramatic strength gainz. I think I had the dramatic strength gainz in the beginning due to switching the working plus Follidrone 2.0 allowing me to add in more frequency since my workouts are mainly based on frequency.

Preworkout stack is:
2 scoops of Elixir, 2 of CU stim free, 1 of MaxReps, 2 scoops Endure, 2 caps of follidrone 2.0, and 2 caps of BMP(and a red bull today). THE PUMP IS AMAZING! Like LGD at 8mgs amazing! I'm full most the time unless I workout that day, since I don't eat consistently because of work I go hypo and flat while working. I keep forgetting to get a gatorade for work but I stay fine the whole time till lunch. Photos aren't showing results but the mirror is and that's all I care about :D I'll throw up a photo when I can. I haven't been counting calories buy I am eating either maintenance or above.

How are you feeling on FD2 now, I find the longer on the better the effects on body composition and endurance / strength.
