So I just finished up a Osta cycle, dropped about 12lbs and now I'm happy were I'm at now. Now I'll keep my calories at maintenance, maybe adding 100 calories one a month if I want to.

Body weight: 158.5
BF%: 12-14
Height: 5'6½

• Defuse

I'll be doing the KetoInduce Protocol during and after my pct for a solo run.

My routine is a push and pull/lower routine while implementing rest pause sets for my main lifts. I'll do what I can to make this log interesting!

By the way, I'll be dosing KetoInduce pre work and have a no carb dinner to maximize ketosis till my post work meal or breakfast.

I'm going to change up my lifting schedule. I'll be doing a full body working every other day. I'm not doing squats due to my quads being strained.


•Close Grip Bench Press or Close Grip Incline Bench press
•Deficient Deadlift or Regular Deadlifts
•Leg Extension
•Incline Cable/Dumbbell Flies or Weighted Dip
•Behind the Neck Press
•Lat Pulldown
•Incline curls
•Face Pulls
•Standing Cable/Band crunches, Ab Roller, and/or Planks

It seems like a lot but it will all be Rest Pause sets(besides core work) every other day. Also I'm going to start doing cardio in the stationary bike.

I haven't even found a doctor since I moved but if I find one before the end of my cycle I'll do one just to see how the end is.

Ive been having some GI issues and totally forgot about the foskolin in both Defuse and Testify so I'll spit the Testify doese and see how that goes. Going to try for a all day carb fast tomorrow since its a off day and I work for half the day. I don't usually eat at work but I may bring something so I'm not stuffing my face around 10pm lol.

So I stuffed my face 2 hours ago with everything I can and now I'll be taking KI. I forgot about my Rebirth so I'll dose that with my 2nd Testify dose tonight. Feeling really tired recently, no clue why.

Havent noticed anything except maybe being warmer towards the end of my fast (I typically get chilly towards the 15-20th hours)... today im borderline sweating. I eat all my food before bed so im ususally pretty full anyways so bloating isnt even on my radar at that time ha.

Seated bike thing for 10mins then treadmill for 18mins then I wanted to do some jump rope but there was a call so I did the cardio on 10incline for 4 mins more then I went downstairs to do some body weight.

• I had a ton of anxiety this workout and high BP for some reason, endurance wasn't there too much either. I have a my treatment appointment today so I didn't mind calling quits it early. Body composition is the same but booneman77 mentioned that he still work up full showing how his muscle held glycogen and I noticed so did mine but coming off Osta its was hard to really notice. Its not the same but I still look decently full in the mornings.

It seems pretty consistent everyday, the hunger get too painful sometimes lol.
I remember reading this years ago and it's my mental cue when hunger hits at a time that I don't want to eat:
Hunger pangs come in 15min Max waves. If you wait that long they 100% will go away (at least for awhile).

It's all about distraction
I always try to distract myself or just start chugging water lol.

So I couldn't sleep(still can't) so I drank nyquil then I read there is fructose corn syrup in it :(. I'll take KI again in the morning to kick start it till the afternoon then after dinner.

Felt really good today, definitely holding water this morning at 7.5kgs
Day 1 to day 10: Nothing crazy just noticeable, I got the 2nd bottle. dsade came in and refunded me even though he accidently sent it out . I have to say will everything he is going through after the surgery and with the company he still keeps up with his customers, definitely someone you can trust and same with his supplements!

I only notice I may be getting leaner when lifting or in the middle of the day. I usually grab my stomach fat(lol) and notice it isn't that thick. I did a serving and a half of Elixer today, it was nuts lol. I bursted through my workout in about 40mins sweating like crazy. I also did a serving and a half of KI, woke up a bit groggy and still a bit bloated. Will ride with that if I notice and difference within 5-7 days. I was at 164lb this morning so I wasn't holding too much water, still very close to my weight in the beginning so I'm maintaining my weight pretty well.

When it comes to testify/rebirth combo I've noticed a couple of things:
•Libido is either on or off, no in between lol
•Cant tolerate people like I usually do, most likely due to higher test levels then usual
•no testicular pain yet

I didn't feel 100% today, I was out of breath and I had a ton of mucous in my throat for some reason while breathing so it didn't help. Endurance was down but I'm sure that was due to the squats. Woke up pretty groggy with a full bladder but leaner then usual if I recall correctly. All for now!

PS I'm getting random pains I'm mah nuts so I guess Rebirth is doing its thang ;D!

I think I'm dropping KI for now, I want to use it solo so I can determine its effectiveness with defuse.
