Cjnator's Stacked PCT and a little more!

Today wasn't the best day but endurance is high, body comp at maintenance is good but not too noticeable in the short run, not that I've added in BMP body comp is getting faster. Strength isn't as pronounced but I'll have to change my program acordingly, also eating at maintenance doesn't help.

Day 69 ;)

•Didn't take FD2 dose yesterday or this morning, I left it at my friends house. Felt tired today so I didn't go hard

Squats
45x5
135x1
225x7(could have gotten more but I didn't push it)

CG Bench Press

So I gave my 4th bottle of FD2 to my father so I'll be ending this a month early and starting my LGD/Super-11 run earlier. I just need to get some tourine(no clue how to spell it lol) for back pumps, stuff for acne, and a oral syringe to dose it accurately.

CJ, please don't take me for a smart-ass but wouldn't it be wise to change your routine?
I mean, looking at it, it seems you do the same stuff over- and over again.
Your body adapts and certain muscles will be under developed over time.
To be able to change exercises and be creative is at least 50% of the fun doing BB, IMHO.

No you're right. I read it's best to to use periodization when it comes to switching up but changing the exercises vary per person, I may do that but I'll have to look into how I'd do it. The lifts though I usually try to pin point weak areas and add volume there. As of now it's my hamstrings so that's why I added squats in but not too much because of my quad.

Do not trust all there is to read about picking weights up and moving them around. Having fun while growing is what to do.
Doing deadlifts every workout is sort of obsessive, IMHO. For your build you are already strong as an ox doing them.
In 6 month I did not do bench presses -nor deadlifts, partly do to injuries and partly I don't like doing them. Instead I did other exercises, switching them every 2-5 weeks. It's fun and , IMHO, it works, especially to break plateaus, will bench again when I feel like it- not because someone said it has to be done.
You seem stuck like in the movie "Groundhog day". It's not a critique -nor an advise. Just overthink your approach a little.

I do enjoy how I lifting, the best part for me is how effective my routine is when it comes to strength and hypertrophy so i like to make my routine as effective as possible. The actual lifting part is fun no matter what :D

If it works, keep doing it!

Can I persuade you to do the DB Floor extension challenge?

I told you so. Your deadlift is way ahead of the competition for your weight class and IMHO almost at his limits.

Hehehe, the floor DB extensions have to be done again... 10 sets / 10 sec pauses / all sets to failure, after that, enjoy the doms for 2-3 days, LOL

Face pulls
170x10

Hanging leg raises
BWx10,8,3

Standing Crunches
120x10 to 130x8,3

Chin ups
35x9,3

I noticed my deadlifts went down, I think deficit deadlifts didn't allow me to be explosive so I wasn't able to recruit new muscle fibers. I'll be sticking to regular deadlifts. I am double dosing my BMP now to see how this goes.

I counted: 104, you really struggled, guessing that your previous workout costed you all your energy.
My suggestion is to repeat the challenge fresh, not after chest -or tri exercises, it's now allowed.
In my second run I did 100 reps more, I bet you would too.

Let's see how my triceps feel in 2 days lol after the 1st one I messed up, DOMS was killer as ****.

So I weighted in at 167.3 this morning, I wanted to take a picture but I was so hungry that I forgot to lol.

Different lighting now and I don't look too different, maybe a little size but that's it.

Ah, that's explains it. I was wondering how the hell you got so exhausted to do only 1-2 reps in the second set, LOL.
Congrats on you 2 PR's!

I've noticed my endurance has risen since I restarted FD2 and strength is rising too. It's either the FD2 or starting squats again but now I'm sweating way more then usual. I noticed if I forget to take Endure + my endurance isn't as high so the extra epicatchen and other ingredients do help.

ALSO i don't know why I didn't state this before but I'm going to become a personal trainer! Bought the ACE premium package since it was on sale so I'll have to cut work hours since I've never studied in my life and I NEED to now lol.

Congrats on becoming a trainer...

Looks like FD2 is treating you well...

Missed a dosage and a gym day to help a friend with his house but my bench and dips went up so not too bad :D. Will check how much i have left, I can't wait to start 11 keto and LGD to recomp, now I know I can't bulk on it due to my body consuming my carbs too fast to gain weight so I'm sure recomping will be a piece of cake if I'm correct.

So last couple of days of Fd2 till my LGD/11k cycle. I'll be using EU for my BP and other health benefits. I'll be getting a facal scrub for any horrible acne. I'll get soap to combat hair loss. I'm changing my routine while on this cycle starting today, I will be focusing more on volume per body part rather then frequency since I'll be on anabolics. I'll weight in ASAP and do pics for the beginning of the LGD/11k cycle but I'll do a full frontal since i never show my leg progress.
