So with pounding calories, not as clean as usual, I am up 1 pound in a week. A dry 221 this morning. That's 1 pound from last weigh in, not total. 8 total so far.
Definitely recomping at 4000 calories plus. Thought body comp changes were stalling a bit, but was pretty happy with how I was looking in the mirror today. Arms definitely looking big, and some delt detail improvements. I still need to get some measurements, so I'll do that and grab a few pics in the morning. Want to have measurements anyways before the Dbol/NPP/EQ cycle. So even though the CJC and MK will continue through that, or at least part of it, I think I'll start another log. Not a lot of NPP or EQ logs on here.
