Oh and Nat wants a comp diet buddy in 2 weeks. I'm considering it. I need to check on how many weeks out from the O that would be. That will make a difference on how long I do it for.
But honestly, diet is the only way to hit a true competition shape. And thats what I want for this years O. So I will have to suck it up and hit it hard this year.
The Olympia is 10 weeks out from 2 weeks away.

i am blowing off cardio today for the first time in 2 weeks. just too tired from yesterdays workout. I need to start logging again just to track here on AM
yeah, stress can cause that. I think some women would be happy to get to skip it for a while. They even sell that new birth control pill that does that, kind of end up with a period every 3 months

Shoulders
I did a full shoulder and ab day today as well as cardio. Thats really all there is to say!
You're doing well. I'm looking forward to my week off. I've lost any motivation and desire to train as of yesterday and am just forcing myself to do it this week.
I'm sure they are not that bad!!! I got the diet by the way. I think this one will be easier for me. Try again to get a pic you like!!I took some pics of myself to use to start a log leading up to the O and they looked so bad I decided not toactually it was mostly the lighting really, dim lighting shows less definition so I looked even fatter than reality which blows. I may try again in a different room
