Alright guys i got me some S4 and some ACP-105 that im gonna be testing out with my test subject. Probably gonna go 10-12 weeks of tests ran and hopefully gonna come up with lots of info and see how these things work.

So ive never tested either one of these on my subject. I was able to dig up some info on S4 and im intrigued by what its capable of doing for my test subject. Honestly my test subject has always been a little sketched out by the vision sides but i decided hes not even human so he doesnt get to decide to not test something...

ACP-105

Dont know much about this one and wasnt able to find much on this one either except for what its supposed to be capable of doing. Wasn't able to find any info on dosing for my test subject so im just gonna start it out at 20mg split dose and raise it week by week if my test subject seems ok.

S4

Starting out testing at 40mg split dose. Same as ACP, will raise up 10mg per week if testing is going well.

Wells heres what im hoping for with my testing. Test subject currently weighs 215. I dont care about weight in the slightest honestly. I want to see my test subject continue getting stronger. If it leans out some as well while gaining muscle and strength then that would be ideal. Will post pictures of the subject soon.

Deads-555

OHP-205

Would like to see the subject smash all those lifts. The goals its currently wprking towards are,

Bench-405

Squat-500

Dead-600

Ohp- I have never really thought much about this one because progress always goes so slow for the subject here but 3 plates would be cool lol.

Obviously im not expecting the subject to get there with just this test run but getting closer is always welcome.

Also test subject is given 100mg test cyp twice a week (200MG a week) for TRT.

Just came off some epistane and trenavar but i was literally only on that for 3 weeks. Was just using the epistane help me lean out and harden up for the last transformation thread. After this ill just go back to trt for a while

Just came off some epistane and trenavar but i was literally only on that for 3 weeks. Was just using the epistane help me lean out and harden up for the last transformation thread. After this ill just go back to trt for a while
Cool I bet that S4 leans you up pretty good it does to me

Yeah im hoping so. I relaxed my diet a bit the last week or 2 and lost a little definition cause me and my wife didnt have the kids for a little bit so we hit the food pretty hard lol. Cleaning up the diet now. Haven't particularly decided if i want to eat in a deficit and lean out or just eat all the food and gain. Probably still gonna just try to lean out and gain strength

A small deficit would be better IMO.
But either way you'll see results

S4 AND ACP-105

Administered 20mg S4 and 10mg ACP before working out this morning. Never heard of this before but i seem to feel something pretty soon after dosing. Mood boost and energy. Could be placebo but ill take it. Really hoping to see fast results. Im already looking mostly better than i have in a long time. But i want to be shredded AF along with stronger than most

It'd be cool to get leaner and gain weight. People tell me all the time how huge i am and its funny cause i dont think im very big but i am legitimately bigger than average for sure. I would like to get up to 250. Ive always wanted to compete in worlds strongest man ever since i was a kid but i dont think ill ever be big and strong enough. Thats not gonna keep me from working towards being that big though. But 300 is small for those guys so ive got a LONG ways to go lol.

200 is average IMO. So your bigger than average.
S4 had me on one. Got tighter and more vascular. I'm getting ready to take it again in August. That will be my 4th run. Always on TRT in between cycles.
About day 10-18 you'll know. 50mg +.
80mg is my sweet spot.

I just noticed this morning that my eyes were taking longer than usual to adjust to light/dark cause i get up super early and dont want to wake up wife and kids so i roam around the house with minimal lights on. Then when i got to the gym i noticed the lighting was strange almost kinda yellowish. Idk about strength and pumps yet. I kept weight light today and didnt go to failure on any sets and was overall just feeling kinda crappy today so dragged ass through my workout

At 80mg I fubled for the doorknob to the bathroom for 5 minutes. I was 18 inches over on the wall. Haha
Maybe keep the dose there or bump up if you can handle it. 60mg is where it gets good.

Maybe keep the dose there or bump up if you can handle it. 60mg is where it gets good.
Ill at least try bumping it up. I want it to last as long as possible so i dont want to go too high. Probably do 50 next week and assess from there.

Thats what i thought too. At first i thought it might be placebo, like my brain messing with me cause i was expecting them at some point. But no. Its definitely there.

Call me crazy but im already seeing subtle changes in the mirror. Today is chest and bench accessories. Tomorrow is deads and OHP. Excited to test strength out here in the next 3 weeks and see how progress is going

Yeah I am up to 60mg and looking tighter and getting stronger but no vision issues and no bump to libido. Don't want vision issues but hoping my stuff isn't bunk. Guess should see in a couple days.

Chris got vision sides quick. Probably more like 12-18 days

Yeah that was quick. Crazy how different we are.
But your feeling right away too. Its all good. Yellow vision needs to happen with s4 I think

So was just wondering about S4. Too lazy to look up and figure since ive got someone right here whos ran it i might as well just ask. Would you consider it a "feel good" compound? And also hows your appetite on it? Cause honestly today im feeling really really good which, considering how busy and tired i am all the time and my current stress levels, is strange for me lol. Also hungry af last couple days

I was able to back off of the calories a little because I liked what I saw in the mirror. I'm always hungry.ALWAYS I just put on 6lbs in 2 days ..."jimboys tacos"
S4 made me feel really good. Didn't want to stop. Everyday it was better and better.
No bad sides except vision.
All other sides were good.
Makes me feel good.
Going to hop back on soon. I just get use to the vision thing. Its like my little secret or something

So today was deads/ohp and accessories but i just ended up doing deads and back and bis. Worked on my sumo form a bit and worked up to a couple singles at 455. Felt decent but still got some form tweaks to make. Gonna keep it light and work on form on sunday.

Yeah. Gonna spend some time sunday watching tutorials and working form. Really wish i could afford a lifting coach for a while just to optimize strength and form but thats not in the cards right now
