Christ83189 back in it

Alright so i cooked up a bunch of chicken, brown rice, and broccoli and bought a cheap fat burner (hydroxycut black) obviously not as good as some of the others i could get from olympus labs and others but it was cheap and i wanted a little extra burn going on. Between the test, eating better, and a fat burner im hoping things will speed up a little. Along with some ph and lgd action hopefully my strength will continue to climb while leaning up. We'll see!
 
So i weighed in at 219 today and i was 214 less than a week ago. At the beginning of this cycle i was 215 so ive been wondering why i hadmt gained any weight yet so im glad i put on a few pounds and my belly fat is shrinking and im down to the last notch on my belt and thats not even tight enough so everything seems like its going good.
 
Yeah i know ive seen that and it hasnt been that long but im definitely feeling better than before. Its not fully at work yet but its definitely working. I know what my baseline feels like and this aint it lol

Shoulders today. Noticing some serious recomp effects going on. Still sitting around same weight (218 this morning) but belly fat is fastly shrinking. Im actually blown away by how much of a difference there is already having only started meal prepping sunday. But since sunday ive noticed a huge difference. The only thing i can think of is the test had hit the bloodstream and was working on making my body burn fat at that point. Thats the only thing that makes sense. Ill be taking pictures here in the next few days

Well dang dude after the gym today started feeling kinda crappy. Last night i felt like i was getting sick then this morning was feeling a bit better. Worked for a couple hours the started throwing up. Left at first break went home and slept for almost six hours. Not sure what it is but hope it goes away quick
 
When you start TRT, remember to foam roll your injection sites to help break up the scar tissue. Did you remember to order the smaller gauge syringes? I like 25 g 5/8 inch for glute IM injections.

From what ive heard test flu is usually from ugl crappy gear and mines pharma grade so i dont think thats it. The kids have been passing around some sort of bug so i think i just got a bug from them.

Ahh yeah it's been a bad year for colds and flus. I noted in another thread, I had unused, expired cold meds, and got cold+flu+cold past three months.

Well still feeling like hammered sh1t... Thinking i may discontinue some sups and give my body a break. Dont know if its just a bug or if some of my anabolics are affecting my immune system. Gonna give it another day and make a decision. I have been putting my body through the ringer the last couple months and im at a month on a couple methyls so my body may be telling me to stop it. Might just have to just give it a break and let the test do its work and save the rest of my other anabolics for a later date

You will know if it's the anabolics. It will get worse not taper off or get better. you getting nose bleeds ?

No. Im pretty sure its just a bug of some type. If it doesnt get better though im gonna stop the methyls. I think im just a little sick though
 
Yeah i went to work this morning and felt like crap for the first few hours but im feeling way better now so i think it was just a 24 hour bug thats going around

Workout felt really good today. Strength is definitely going up. Considering i maxed on deads at 425 like a month ago i feel like i could pull quite a bit higher than that now. Weight is going up on all accessories, mostly without sacrificing reps. Progress is always exciting

That was it for today. All in all i think if i hadn't done as many reps on my way up i would've had both the 405 back squat and the 315 front squat. Blew myself away on the front squat. I think thats a lifetime pr. Not 100% sure but i dont remember ever going above 275 on front squat. I think 100% in a month ill have both the 405 back and the 315 front if not more. Thats what im hoping for anyways

Bought a cheap pwo from walmart yesterday cause i ran out and moneys tight and was immediately reminded why i dont do that... Got the intense niacin flush 5 min after drinking it and was extremely uncomfortable the whole time i was on the bike lol started fading by the time i was done on the bike but its freaking annoying. Hate that ish... Anyway back to lifting

I know how to eat healthy and eat clean but dont know how to diet and track calories and all that. Like i couldn't begin to even guess how many calories i eat on any given day. Which being on cycle right now doesnt matter as much but i wanna get shredded for summer and i think im at the point in my life where i actually need to get smarter about these things if im gonna make the progress i want to make.

I use myfitnesspal by under armour its free
 
Is it pretty self explanatory? I suppose i probably gotta look up the nutritional facts for EVERYTHING i eat huh? Lol

you can type in what you eat and it will bring things up to chose from (you will need to know the amount in oz usually). I don't weigh so I guess. if you have to google it and put it in manually then it will save it next time you put it in. its pretty simple to use. If you eat out most restaurants have this information available on-line and the app knows the chain restaurants usually.
I eat pretty much the same things and it gets faster to enter after a while.
 
My Macros + is the one I recommend.
