Alright so i cooked up a bunch of chicken, brown rice, and broccoli and bought a cheap fat burner (hydroxycut black) obviously not as good as some of the others i could get from olympus labs and others but it was cheap and i wanted a little extra burn going on. Between the test, eating better, and a fat burner im hoping things will speed up a little. Along with some ph and lgd action hopefully my strength will continue to climb while leaning up. We'll see!
