Definitely seeing some changes in the mirror. Leaning out and muscles becoming larger and more defined. Still got some body fat to lose but its nice to see some progress

A couple years ago my stepson who was like 6 or 7 at the time thought it would be a good idea to try and tackle me by diving at my feet while i was full on running and he ran his face right into one of my feet lol and he got all offended at me for kicking him in the face. I was like well you dont dive at the feet of a full grown man whos running ya dummy. Good times lol
 
Rest day today. For some reason health has been coming more to my mind lately (imagine that) so along with eating the way ive been eating, lifting, and cardio, ive decided to put some time and effort into mobility and recovery. Went and got a foam roller yesterday and spent some time this morning stretching and rolling out to help improve this aspect. Ive never put any time or effort into this area of training but as i get older and stiffer its becoming more important to me. Also im excited for test to get here in case anyone forgot lol
 
When you start TRT, remember to foam roll your injection sites to help break up the scar tissue. Did you remember to order the smaller gauge syringes? I like 25 g 5/8 inch for glute IM injections.

Im pretty sure it said that it comes with 25 g syringes. Dr henry said he would send some extra syringes so i can split my dose

Really? Ive never had a problem with needles. Which is funny cause in my 15 years of drug addiction i never did use them. Thank god for that cause i dont know many who did use them that ever got out of it

Weights are moving easier every day it seems like. I need to start looking at last weeks workout before i lift because i thought i bumped the weight up and was doing the same amount of reps but i just looked back and i did the same weight on everything for a couple less reps on everything except the deads. On the deads i went heavier. I want to make sure im making little improvements every week though if i can so thats something im going to start doing to make sure i do that

So far so good. Its only the second day since injection so i think anything im feeling now is most likely placebo but i seem to be more energetic and just feel good. Feels like i feel it working lol

The pump was insane! Was definitely feeling it today. Slept like crap last night. Been awake since midnight and didnt want to lift this morning. Went and did about 20 min of cardio at 430am and wasnt feeling it so went home. Definitely feeling good today for having only slept a couple hours

Strength is climbing steadily thats for sure. Took it easy today since i did triceps yesterday i havent taken a day off yet like im supposed to lol my body just dont feel like it needs it right now so i gotta force myself to take a day off and just didnt want to do that today. So ill do it tomorrow and come back to smash on tuesday afternoon
 
So i think my foam roller is probably one of my best cheap purchases ever. Love it. Its definitely very effective. Ive been implementing foam rolling and mobility work at home and so far its feeling great. Im thinking im gonna start doing ab work at home as well. My wife gets upset if i spend too much time at the gym so i usually have to go early in the morning when i have just enough time to do my 30 min of cardio and my lifting routine before i go to work. Thats when i get to the gym slightly before 4 am (wake up time 2:30 cause i have to get up and have enough time to at least drink a cup of coffee, take all my supplements get dressed and get my lunch and work clothes packed up). But i really want my abs back and i want them to be more cut up and defined then they ever have been so im going to start doing ab work at home after work at the same time i do my mobility and self myofascial release. Im hoping i can lean up without getting too strict with my diet. I eat clean and not in exorbitant amounts but im terrible at tracking my calories not to mention its hard to find extra time to meal prep for the week with 3 kids and a pregmant wife with all the extra daily tasks that brings. If my progress stalls and im not seeing what i want to see over the mext month or so then ill consider tracking macros and calories and meal prepping. Im really hoping it doesnt come to that lol
 
I was just curious about how much it would cost to get everything i might need for a home gym in my garage and i did some looking around and found a site where i out in everything i wanted to have and it was like 2700 for a good starter kit for a home gym. All the weight i would need with some room to grow, power rack, power bar, trap bar, ez curl bar, bench, pretty much everything i would need to get a good workout. Im seriously considering grabbing a little at a time and getting it set up in time for my current contract with my gym to expire so i wont need to pay a membership fee next year. Would be pretty cool. That way my wife wouldnt need to complain about me being gone all the time either lol

look for used stuff. put it together a little at a time. craigslist.
I sold all my stuff years ago. I couldn't workout at home. too many interruptions.

I'm just always looking for a deal. drives my wife crazy. only thing I wont buy used is underwear and sex toys. lol
 
Well after thinking it over today (and coming across some pics of me from june 2016) ive decided to go to costco buy a bunch of groceries and start meal prepping for the week and dieting (dang it). After seeing where im at compared to where i was ive decided i need to step up my game and get my physique back
