Does anyone have any advice on different things to season chicken breast with? I've been using a knock off brand season salt for the last 8 months, it's good, but i want to try something new finally hah!

Stir all that **** together, dip it, and bake or fry it.

If you're baking your chicken breasts, coat them with some olive oil, sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, a little salt, some garlic powder, and a dash of oregano. It has a lot more flavor than I expected.

I also use Emeril's or Montreal, can't really go wrong with those two.

I think boiling it lowers its nutritional value a bit, so i dont.
I just throw it on the grill high and quick.

I have been using ground pepper, garlic powder, and oregano for a while now and love the taste. You don't really even have to coat the chicken w/ olive oil, the ingredients stay on the chicken w/out it.

Olive oil tastes great with spices, and is good for you if you correctly build it into your macro count.
