cheap pwo protein which one is best

idk whether to do a custom one or just buy isolate. if i go custom what would be better
Micellar Casein (Instantized) 5%
Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration 35%
Gemma Pea Protein Isolate non-GMO 50%
Leucine 4:1:1 5%
L-Glutamine Powder 5%
or

how much is that costing ya
 
yeah, basically. its fast on digestion, but still stays in bloodstream a long time as its casein based
 
I like the 2nd one w/additonal pepto pro, but why glutamine peptides AND L-glutamine powder?
 
well this is what i ended up buying does it look pretty good? im hoping i can use it for more than just pwo like for a mrp i could just add oats and some flax or udos oil, and before bed just add some flax or pb and mix it with cottage cheese. It was a little under 40 for 4 lbs so about 9-10 a lb so not bad i think. It comes out to about $0.65 a serving
