CoQ10 is legit - and running 6 caps of Talos gives me 450mg, and boy do I notice a difference from 2 or even 300. Not saying it'll solve all your problems, but 3-400 coq10 should be what you're looking at on a good dose of methyls if you're anything like me to see a big difference.
After that, I'd def add the celery seed like my main man Tyga is sayin' - I haven't found anything better thus far anyway besides coq10. I'd use celery anyday before hawthorne (which totally needs like 2-3g e/d to really make a difference too btw). Then grapeseed, then hawthorne. But I think hawthorne might compete with andro receptors like milk thistle, so there's that to consider.
