Working- 205x8+4+3 = 15. Will add 5lbs next week
OHP- 3 warm up
Working - 105x8+4+4 =16. Will add weight when I reach 20 reps total
Wide grip lat pull down- 3 warm up
130x10+8+8 = 26. Will add 10lbs
Deadlift- 3 warm up
Working- 275x6 followed by one straight set of 225x12
CGBP- 3 warm up
Working- 175x8+4+3= 15. Will add weight when I get 18 total
