DC upper body

Flat bench - 3 warmup
Working- 205x8+4+3 = 15. Will add 5lbs next week
OHP- 3 warm up
Working - 105x8+4+4 =16. Will add weight when I reach 20 reps total
Wide grip lat pull down- 3 warm up
130x10+8+8 = 26. Will add 10lbs
Deadlift- 3 warm up
Working- 275x6 followed by one straight set of 225x12
CGBP- 3 warm up
Working- 175x8+4+3= 15. Will add weight when I get 18 total

Leg press- 3 warm up
Working -490x8 widow maker 200x20
Lying leg curl- 3 warm up
Working 35x15
Calf press on leg press- 200x12x4 - straight sets
Reverse cable curl - 40x15 50x15 60x15 40x15 - straight sets
Preacher curl (plate loaded) 3 warm up
Working- 55x8+5+3 =16. Will add 2.5lb next go around

Post workout Asian meal lol since I'm half Asian

Today's and off day, and we had a business lunch so that turned into my cheat meal for the week.

Yesterday was upper body DC

Incline bench- 3 warm up
Working - 165x16 will up weight by 5lbs
Db military- 3 warm up
Working- 60x16 will up weight by 5lbs
Wide grip (pronated pull ups) 3 warm up
Working- BW+ 40lbx15 will stay here until I get 18 total reps
Yates BB row- 3 warm up
Working heavy- 205x8 straight set of 135x12
Bb skull crusher- 3 warm up
Working- 85x16 will up the weight when I get 18 total reps
