CoQ10 is legit - and running 6 caps of Talos gives me 450mg, and boy do I notice a difference from 2 or even 300. Not saying it'll solve all your problems, but 3-400 coq10 should be what you're looking at on a good dose of methyls if you're anything like me to see a big difference.

After that, I'd def add the celery seed like my main man Tyga is sayin' - I haven't found anything better thus far anyway besides coq10. I'd use celery anyday before hawthorne (which totally needs like 2-3g e/d to really make a difference too btw). Then grapeseed, then hawthorne. But I think hawthorne might compete with andro receptors like milk thistle, so there's that to consider.

So pumped; want 8wks of a non-methyl but scared of trens w/ my gyno-sensitivities & been beating the dheas to death. cycle guard has 200mg of coQ10, one of the reasons I bought it the profile is great.. I may not be sold on BPS products, endosurge did nothing for me..

So once again welcome to my wacky weekend routines. LOL Workouts have been just awesome the last week, killing my body day after day and wake up the next day not sore ready to go again.. My joints feel much better so I will continue to workout everyday as long as I can. Stepped on the scale this morning and still sitting at 220 which is plus 6 lbs in 3 weeks.. I knocked my calories down again to about 2,000 per day which I know is low.. This cycle I'm going to be ripped at the end or die trying it's going to be a test of mental toughness!! Your workout was cardio lol. Idk if I've ever done more than 18-20reps on leg extensions, but geez did it hurt. There's an old bbuilder at the health club I was at that let me work in on leg extensions since we were both finishing a leg day coincidentally. The masochist was doing sets of 50 reps....like 30-45 lbs, but that was irrelevant. Try it on any weight you choose & start praying for strength. He swore it made him stronger, if only because it built his pain tolerance.

Who knows, but I know I seriously couldn't pass 20 reps. I just couldn't; legs wouldn't go at any weight. Fun challenge.
 
I know u do!!! I'm using vanillean now, did it give u heartburn? I take it 20 mins before a meal and have heartburn until I eat something then it goes away..

Anyways this cycle is being extended.. bumpin my dose to 30mg each ingredient (10mg dmz/10mg msten; 3 caps a day). We'll see what happens :)

Back

Destroyed back last night. I'm going lighter the next couple of weeks and really concentrating on squeezing the muscle.. The fullness and pump that I'm getting about 15mins into the workouts is crazy.. One guy at the gym and 2 people at work said that I look much bigger lately!! :) Just wait if all goes well there are 5 more weeks left!!! No more headache or nose bleeds today so hopefully yesterday was just a bad day.. It's been a week on Achilles and my joints are sooo much better I'm already sold on this stuff..

Been suprisingly reasonable temperature/humidity-wise here in STL. Today was like 95 heat index I think, but humidity was much better. Like 60% or something in the afternoon. Tomorrow's gonna be a real widow-maker tho I think.

Your wife is gonna suspect something Caz. People started getting suspicious my 4th wk of epi....zero fat gain (maybe even loss) & being obviously bigger/vascular is hard to shrug off lol

Bro Pump Day!!!! So I think I'm done with BB flat bench for awhile.. Seems that every time I do my shoulder/ rotator cuff hurts!! I'm going to stick with DB work for chest for now and see if it helps. I'm loving the lighter weight and slow negative on all my lifts, using a 3-4 sec count on the way down. The pump and muscle connection is just awesome.. I have to cut this update short, just got a call from the daycare that my little guy is sick :( I have to go get him..

there's a scoop in there, it's just kinda small. it's a 2g scoop. i like 4 scoops pre wo
