I was waiting for your leg extensions to come up some Caz - knew you had this in you, and won't be suprised to see 8 reps at 200 before very long at all. Your leg curls on the other hand are nuts. I usually use around 130 for 12 reps if I recall (haven't done either in a month or two).

DB rows are sick; my new gym has dbells up to 200 (as opposed to 100) so I finally am rowing 115x10 and was so happy about this...then you come in and HULK SMASH!!! Great progress here as well man; you're really making this cycle your biotch.

Rasp Lem Speed X3 was my go-to pre if I needed some stim on my last cycle. Tastes awesome/works fast & well. Didn't use the 2nd half of the tub when I came off tho & it clumped so bad it was trash like a month after (sealed whole time). Use it til it's gone or it might be wasted!

No idea if it's good but should be on paper - and cissus will give you almost instant help with the joints, great for your situation. Epi is hell on joints. Great strength but really only conducive for bodybuilding - just too tough on the joints for a power routine. I picked one day at the end of Epi to set new 1RM - only day I ever went heavier than 5RM, and rarely even that heavy.

Would be really cool to see if stacking it with dienalone (trenazone), lmg or the new deca/18-methyl compound (what lmg converts to) could alleviate this issue & keep the waterweight of the progestin in check too for a 6wk run.

So Thursday night was my bro pump chest and bi's day.. I got under the bar and my joints were not feeling it :( actually my entire body just felt worn out. I guess that's what happens when u workout 15 days in a row! Lol so I did some ab work and about 4 lite chest exercises and called it a night. Last night i hit up 2 scoops of Alphamine and had a great cardio session, today I' ll hit the gym when my boys take naps..

Cardio

Treadmill : 45mins / 6.5 incline / 2.85 miles / 480 cals burned!!

After about 15 minutes of drinking I got the tingles in my face and a cold sweat followed by crazy energy and focus for 2 hours.. This stuff definitely has the correct name :) here is my marathon workout boys!!

There is a method to my madness. First I'm working out 7 days a week so after I hit my normal 4 day split I change everything up for that week. Since I missed bi's this week I figured lets hit it first since I never do.. Today's another odd split, shoulders, legs, traps talk about changing things up right?? Lol it really confuses the muscles and me sometimes lol

Update:
So today had my first negative side of this cycle.. Work up this morning with a headache which I've had all day and just got a bloody nose :( I'm thinking my blood pressure is up. The only thing that changed about 5 days ago I ran out of CEL cycle support and switched to cycle guard by BPS? I'll have to watch this and see what happens..

Pick up additional celery seed, take a couple grams a day. Should fix your bp issues :)

I'm taking 150mg per day now, so up it to 2 grams?? There's a health food store across the street from my office may go get some. It also could be my sinuses since the air quality here sucks right now!!

Yea, i take 2g ed. Havent had a nose bleed or headaches at all this cycle. Past cycles ive kept the CS below a gram and id get a couple nose bleeds a week. If the airs dry then that could be the culprit as well! Or all the coke-i-yeena your doing...

cycle guard has 200mg of coQ10, one of the reasons I bought it the profile is great.. I may not be sold on BPS products, endosurge did nothing for me..
