I was waiting for your leg extensions to come up some Caz - knew you had this in you, and won't be suprised to see 8 reps at 200 before very long at all. Your leg curls on the other hand are nuts. I usually use around 130 for 12 reps if I recall (haven't done either in a month or two).
DB rows are sick; my new gym has dbells up to 200 (as opposed to 100) so I finally am rowing 115x10 and was so happy about this...then you come in and HULK SMASH!!! Great progress here as well man; you're really making this cycle your biotch.
Rasp Lem Speed X3 was my go-to pre if I needed some stim on my last cycle. Tastes awesome/works fast & well. Didn't use the 2nd half of the tub when I came off tho & it clumped so bad it was trash like a month after (sealed whole time). Use it til it's gone or it might be wasted!
Thanks Hyde !!! A lot of my progress has come off of your advice!! My DB's stop at 140 so im almost maxed out. Yeah I'm going to kill this entire bottle of speed x3
