Carbonite Stack

Just sent my receipt I'm stoked to run this after my Hawaii trip this summer. I'm thinking of running my OG erase bottle for first four weeks then throwing in this stack for the last four weeks. What y'all think?

I don't want to bring down this thread or get everyone angry at me, but I can't help but wonder if all of the results people are seeing from the Carbonite Stack are 99% from the Erase Pro... didn't a very reputable member here write an in-depth review of C20, concluding that it's got potential, but under-dosed, and COULD be a decent product if mega-dosed?

I've used C20 on its own, and noticed very positive effect.

Does the Erase Pro help augment this effect? Yes, but the main benefit everyones getting is the combined effect.

With all due respect, you cannot challenge the effectiveness of a product based on a single review, regardless of who posted the review. Not even Viag** works for every one. Furthermore, if a product is ineffective (like you suggest when you maintain that only about 1% of the effects from Compound-20/Erase Pro comes from Compound-20), then no amount of megadosing would magically transform it into a solid product. There are many reviews that support Compound-20's effectiveness, outside the context of a Compound-20/Erase Pro stack.
 
Noticing muscle hardness, endurance, and my diet has gone to crap the past 2 weeks and I still feel like I am leaning out.

Lol actually is, lean gains has kept me pretty strict until recently, back on track Now though.

Tried it and didn't agree with my digestive system and after discussing with a few of my trainers/coaches not a good fit for me. Some guys love it though.
 
Hey guys. I'm new to the AM. I have read plenty I posts from the site but decided to join today. Anywho, I'm currently stacking oxyelite pro with C20. I ran a 8 week cycle of oxy and loved it! I'm hoping to shred some serious bodyfat with the addition of C20. What do you guys think of the stack?

I just can't do it, man. I want to believe so badly that it's IIFYM & IF is the key to diet happiness and it's so easy to drop bodyfat this way and I can EASILY fast all day except for a small window, but if I eat all of my macros in a 6-hour window it'll just play games with my head. I wouldn't be able to maintain that lifestyle long enough to see the results that'll assure me I'm doing the right thing. Within a week I'll feel like too much of a bloated slob for eating so much. I'll constantly have to be telling myself "It FEELS bad, Dom, but it's okay, this works." Couldn't do it.

Why not extend it to an 8 or even 9 hour window then as a lot of people do? Honestly if you're interested I'd give it a shot. 16 (or even 15) hour fast and 8 hour window. I was shocked how easy it was and few people were as skeptical as me. Not saying it will work for you, but it may be something worth trying if it interests you.

I don't see why not. I've got plans for a 4-week PSMF starting next Wednesday, but after that in early June, maybe I'll give IF a shot. It's worth a try, as long as I can stay out of my own head.

Why not try IF during your PSMF?

From my experience, the timing of IF/WD made PSMF much much easier for me.

What would this look like if I train first thing in the morning?

- Wake Up
- Train
- "X" amount of protein shakes over the course of the next 6-8 hours
- Fast until after the next day's workout?

Funny how carbs are so different in people. Im the polar opposite of this. I hate feeling flat!

I've been low-carbing for over a year. ^_^ I don't know what it's like to have my muscles look full, so I don't know what I'm missing. Worth it, though. 190 down from 280. It's getting stubborn now, though.

I have Erase and AT2 to thank for breaking that 210 barrier. Was stuck there forever and it seemed like they carried me right to 190.

The front double bicep pose is where i can see the most difference, since you did that one day 1 and on 24. Noticeably hardened up!
