Carbonite Stack

Strategic is right. I don't think there would be any problem taken fasted.
 
Alright. Weird. Because pretty much as soon as I took them I had the urge to puke. And sure enough, I did. I haven't had this problem any other time and I've been doing the leangains thing for a little over a month now. Ill give it another try tomorrow and get back to you guys. Might just be me, who knows.
 
When I was on the stack I had to eat after dosing. I get like that with a lot of stuff though.

The N-Courmarlydopamine may cause that...Take with food and it completetly resolves the issue and C-20 is designed to be taken with food... that is the best time to use.
 
I know it said that on the bottle. But it also said take pre workout for best results. I workout in the morning fasted so therefore I tried the pre workout fasted dosing. But looks like ill just take it with my post workout meal. No big deal. Thanks for the input/information fellas.
 
I never had any issues taking it fasted, but if it bothers you change your dosing.
 
Nvr had problem myself...I take first dose in morning and 2nd dose preworkout...

Even tho it's been 2weeks since I took c20 and erase pro combo...I can still feel its working great....I can see myself dry, lean, vascular and muscle hardness...seriously this stuff is awesome and for the price at nutra you can't beat it...$69.99 is the best price I seen for the two awesome products...and you won't be sorry buy this stack!!!

As you can see I weight the same and how lean I got with this stack...and only took for 30days and I can feel its still working...

Did you hold any water man like bloating?
I'm tempted to start mine for a cut but am waiting on AE to come. Decisions decisions...help

Yeah its definitely good stuff, i ran the first of each bottle alone to assess their individual effectiveness. Impressed to say the least.

As you can see I manage to keep my muscles while leaning out on this stack...starting weight was 180lbs and current weight is 171lbs but arms and muscle size looks same...plus my abs are coming out :D thanks to this stack plus training and eating healthy ;)

Arms are definitely tighter, thats the most noticeable thing in my opinion. Thats usually one of the last places to "tighten up" too, good results.

I have to say i'm very impressed with your progress. You don't have long to go before your abs are popping. A question though....any view how much of your transformation is due to you clean diet and how much of it is due to the stack. I'm thinking of using it, but wanted your thoughts on this. Have you ever ran this diet before without the stack so you can make an approximate comparison?

Well my diet is not too clean...I just started to focus on clean diet last 10days...before that my diet was Alrite and sometimes I end up drinking alcohol once or twice a week...last 10days I totally stop drinking alcohol...drinking lots of water and less carbs...this stack is really good and of you trying to get cut up this stack will help you to get to ur goals...plus I been doing HIIT cardio 20mins and 10mins walking on incline 5days a week and it's helping me loss fat while keeping my muscles...and this stack gonna harden you up and make you vascular...I been logging this you can check it out...I really start seeing my abs since I quit drinking...I should had stop alcohol Long time ago...and to get anywhere either bulking or cutting diet is the main thing to focus on...supps helps too but if your diet sucks then supplements won't do their part..

Bro , you always know how to make me feel better , specially since I've had some rough couple of days at this internsh*t , its not an internship i swear its hell , racist boss , lazy co-workers , f*cking nasty attitude of everyone at the office :S! I really thought it was gonna be so different...At least the gym is still kicking a*s for me :p , as far as strength I think I'll manage 235+ on DL this monday 5/3/1 day , I did 225x1 a month ago , and this past monday I did 225x4 , so I gotta do 235x1+ this monday...If I get 235x3 I'll attempt 255 just to set my record for 1 rep at least :3!!!
