so i should eventually take a break from jp8? maybe 2 months on 1 month off?
would anyone like to see me log a DTH t-911 stack? I would do it in about a month or maybe 2 months from now.
Does anyone find this an interesting stack? Any takers?

First time posting on AM, thought I would start here. Had a few questions about your workouts. Ever do up any cardio, or just mostly lifting?

p.s. what's your thoughts on the waxy maize, during workouts? Is it filling, or how's the stuff work really?
note: if you mix waxi maize with BCAAs, its gonna taste nasty, so get some crystal light to mix with it. Dont mix it with gatorade or coolaide or nothing like that because that will only slow down the absorbtion of the waximaize!!
I buy Xtend for my BCAA's. Mixed with Unflavored WMS, that might work(?)
They have a pretty amazing flavor system.
Say I throw down some JP8 2-3 hours after eating, head to the gym and sip on my BCAA enriched WMS during workout, sound good?
sounds perfect. only thing is you'll be going to the gym 4 hours after eating.... that cant be good. not for my body type anyway. i usually take jp8 30mins - 1 hr after eating. I've taken it with food on rare occations, saw no diminished effects of JP8 when i did it.
