Give it a whirl, you'll be hooked!! I'd start with 1 scoop though, or a tad less. This stuff is hella strong.

QUESTION

would anyone like to see me log a DTH t-911 stack? I would do it in about a month or maybe 2 months from now.

Does anyone find this an interesting stack? Any takers?
 
so i should eventually take a break from jp8? maybe 2 months on 1 month off?

As a general rule its a good idea to give every supplement a small break every now and then. Even tho JP8 doesnt contain anything that needs to be cycled off of, its just a unwritten rule in supplementation I guess.

Day 7 - Off

Been feeling kinda sick today. I took no suppliments at all. Not even a protein shake. Very lazy mal nourished day today!

breakfast - 2 bowls frosted wheats - 600 cals
Lunch - 4 plain hamburgers , cinibun - 1,200 cals
snack - glass of milk - 200 cals
Dinner - Half footlong sandwhich from subway (tuna) - 400 cals?

total calories: 2,400

ALL I can say is DTHC equals real good ATP production, great leg workouts off this product, not to mention better coordination with increased athletic performance, great overall product; stacking it with glycobal.
 
Improvements: WOW I Have a 3lb gain since the last set of pictures i posted. 165lbs as of today!!!!! Granted some of that is water weight or something, its gotta be at least a solid pound or two!!!! Its only been like 8 or 9 days since then!!!!

Rest Day today

took only a protein shake and about 5g creatine mono

Total Daily Calories - 2,500

^ not good.... i'm messin' up son!!!

I need 3k - 4k calories
 
just ate 2 fat bowls of cereal to bump me up to 3,000 calories for the day.... gotta make the 3k mark or my life is pathetic!

So can I replace Trac NO Xtreme with JP8 for my workout? or should I wait a few months until I hit up the DTH?
 
i would wait a month or two or until you hit a plateau to hit up DTH. I would definately choose JP8 over Trac NO Extreme!!!

waxi maize is a simple carbohydrate, and it just provides for better absorbtion of the bcaas that i mix with it. Also it actually does help with some good pumps, but the pumps are already so good with the JP8 I dont knowtice much more on top of that. Waxi maize is also good to mix with your post workout protein shake because it helps the protein absorb much faster and more efficient!!! Its also a carb so it helps replenish your glycogen storages!
 
note: if you mix waxi maize with BCAAs, its gonna taste nasty, so get some crystal light to mix with it. Dont mix it with gatorade or coolaide or nothing like that because that will only slow down the absorbtion of the waximaize!!

I buy Xtend for my BCAA's. Mixed with Unflavored WMS, that might work(?)
They have a pretty amazing flavor system.

Say I throw down some JP8 2-3 hours after eating, head to the gym and sip on my BCAA enriched WMS during workout, sound good?

sounds perfect. only thing is you'll be going to the gym 4 hours after eating.... that cant be good. not for my body type anyway. i usually take jp8 30mins - 1 hr after eating. I've taken it with food on rare occations, saw no diminished effects of JP8 when i did it.

Oh, okay. Yeah cool bro. I usually had to take certain Pre-workout supps 2 - 3 hours after eating, or they just wouldn't absorb and work like they should.

Review: Feeling very lethargic today. The JP8 got me going in the gym for sure though. I couldnt get a good pump in my shoulders for some reason, maybe ill try upping the reps or maybe i gotta start doing military press again!!! My forearms got an insane pump at the end of my workout, probably due to the super sets. I was also very vascular from the DTH + JP8!!!!
 
WEEKLY REVIEW:

JP8 - I would call it energy and motivation in a tub. Provides great pumps, gets me going regardless of how lazy and lethargic I am feeling that day, the endourance is off the charts, I feel like I could work out for over 2 hours without getting tired! Only down side is that I took to much once and didn't like the spraked out energy rush, also made me nautious after my workout! (A)

DTH - Intensity is crazy!!!! Libido up on 2 pills a day. Makes me eat more as well as gain lots of LBM. Since I have been on DTH I have been gaining around 2 lbs a week average. Pumps and veins in the gym are off the hook, and it gets me looking very vascular all day long! (A+)

My upper body is really starting to fill out. My traps are rediculous strong and the y stick out like crazy! The lighting in my bathroom is shitty but my chest, trapz shoulder area is starting to feel monsterous!

Squats - 1 set, 225lbs, 12 reps (easy)
2 sets, 275lbs, 7reps, 6reps (out of breath! but felt easy)
Leg Press - 3 sets, 3 plates on each side, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps
Calf press - 1 set, 2 plates each side, 80 reps
2 sets, 3 plates each side, 50 reps, 40 reps
Calf Raises - 2 sets, body weight, 50 reps, 40 reps

REVIEW: Felt so lazy today but forced myself to drink JP8. 5 minutes after drinking i was getting all my **** ready to hit the gym. Had a pretty much normal workout with normal intensity. Didnt have a spotter so I took it easy on the intensity and volume. I think Andrew was right, DTH is great for ATP production and Leg workouts are a sinch on this stuff!
 
This log has def got me impressed. I am going to suggest this stack to a friend who is looking to gain some weight. Plus looking forward to trying it in the future myself.
