lunch-2-pastrami sand. on w/w,1-scoop mac salad,1-dill pickle,12oz.guava juice.

flat bench-4 sets of 5-272lbs.
flat bar curls-4 sets of 10-104lbs
flat bar s/shrugs-4 sets of 10-184lbs
flat bar military press-4 sets of 10-179lbs
dips-4 sets of 10(weighted)will try 30lbs. today.

post w/o supp.-1 dienedrone,3-amino's,3-fish oils.

dinner-3-hamburger steak patties,2-scoops rice,1-scoop mac salad,12oz.guava juice.


before bed supps.-2-arom-x.

notes-w/o went by smoothly,got me a spotter today(nephew)concentrated mostly on the bench.went till failure on my last 2-sets.im tight as a mofo right now.as for the weighted dips,i split it up an changed it to 4-sets of ten for now.all in all strenght is good,pumps lasting longer,starting to lean out more every day!..it was a good w/o!:thumbsup:

Ahh the temptation... One more day of studying then back to the gym. And I was only there Sunday lol! I might break down and do some sprints, but it's sub-zero outside so that kinda puts a damper on things. :think:

You're right, that sounds like a buffer! :food: Although my breakfast is usually varied as well. Even while cutting I munch on like 5 different things, so it's like 1/2 a super-omelet, some beef-burrito insides, Jello, Yogurt, Carrots, Salad. It's funner to eat than study :nono:
i like to eat more then ever now..LOL..since being a recovering ecto-morph.i always welcome a good meal!:thumbsup:

Bslick, how many meals per day do you eat? Breakfast, lunch, dinner? I'm paying attention... I'm just confused that's all.

I've been wondering the same thing. I just see 3 meals per day listed. But they're big meals. LOL I eat like 7 or 8 small meals per day myself. Keeps my metabolism racing.

Yes, I hear that... some people can do 3 meals and a couple snacks in between and stay lean and strong. My brother eats the 3 meals a day with a granola bar here and there... he's literally 6% bodyfat all year long at 6'2", 190-195lbs.
 
Actually there are some good studies showing that consistency matters more than how many meals. So if you eat 3 a day so long as you eat them the same times every day its not significantly different than eating 6 meals a day that are half the size as far as metabolism goes.
