breezy's training, supplementation, and food log

I'm mainly using it to promote fat loss. There are additional benefits as well, some which are better seen with a "higher" dose (which I'll be using).

This is directly from the F-95 write-up:

Well you just saying jealous makes me jealous. I chose creatine and BCAAs cause I was out.... And a couple of trades and my monthly budget was gone. Sucks but gotta pay the bills.

I'll be starting OxyELITE Pro® "Advanced Formula" and Forskolin-95 this afternoon. The combo (plus Lean Xtreme for the next 4+ weeks) will allow me to get a solid dose of forskolin throughout the rest of my prep. :thumbsup:

Alphamine/shift/Abe/EPRO has been working amazingly well in keeping me lean with a calorie surplus. This is my first time using it consistently and I'm loving the results.

Awesome. That's a serious stack brother. No ABE in my prep, but there's plenty of 95% forskolin from OxyElite Pro Advanced and F-95.

This morning’s back session was great, which was somewhat surprising after sleeping under 4 hours last night. Rest was kept under 1 minute throughout. I focused on very strict form with most exercises and my back was smoked.

Do you feel like you never get any stronger on stretchers, or at least very minimal? My pull ups go up by 6, I get 1 more rep on stretchers lol

Hmm...kind of, but it's not really an exercise that I try to add weight with. I change the weight/reps depending on point that I pull to though (I switch high/mid/low). I'm usually between 110-140lbs no matter what approach is being used. I always do them at the end of a workout as well.



Crazy 8's look brutal.. nice workouts Breezy...

4th set: The weight was feeling heavy at this point, but I maintained reps. The angle makes it look like I didn’t lower the DB’s completely, but I got a good stretch. The bend in my elbow and the DB in my left hand are better indicators of depth.

Thanks dude. I wasn't on AM much this weekend either (basically just to post training updates). Things are going pretty well; I'm getting leaner and seem to be maintaining muscle. Yeah, incorporating more band work has been great. I try to add some in wherever I can.

Lol yeah, it's a process and time consuming :(. I might just create one video for the entire session if I record multiple.


50 mins fasted LISS this morning. AP and OxyELITE Pro Advanced were taken prior and I was sweating like a pig.

I broke my fast with some raspberry "protein fluff" about 40 mins after cardio.

*2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream OxyELITE Protein, 1 cup "frozen" raspberries, ~1/4 cup (a little less) unsweetened vanilla almond milk

You mash everything together in a bowl and finish it off with an electric wisk or handheld blender (if you have one). It could be mixed with just a spoon, but the blender helped fluff it up a bit.

That's basically my carb intake for the day (raspberries:17g carb/9g fiber/6g sugar *with AP still at work) besides some PB, broccoli, and trace carbs. I should be ~80g, with ~40 being fiber.

I went and did it right when I received the email. Unless I got it late.

I was no more than 25 minutes after I received it.

But the emails do go out at different times (others have gotten emails and mine haven't shown up for another 20-30 minutes before, or longer)

Breezy said he ordered one right before posting on here, so I guess it's been out a while (depending on the alphabetical order of the emails that went out).

Hopefully, the discount on it is enough for me to justify it....
