Day 24 continued

I had good energy the entire workday. I started to fade slightly a couple hours after lunch, but it was time for another 2 scoops of Alphamine by that point. I once again had plenty of energy that is still lasting currently.

My calves have been very tight all day which was felt throughout work. My biceps and forearms have a slight soreness, but its minimal. There is increased DOMS in both of these cases compared to the norm.

I'm about to have a pre workout meal and the following supps:

2 caps ABE
2 scoops TPwder
20 X-Gels
4 scoops GlycerGrow
2g ALCAR
1g Calcium

Today's workout is shoulders/traps. I'm going to focus on MM connection and probably go higher rep than I have been.

I stuck to my plan of staying higher rep (for me at least) and it resulted in what felt like a very effective workout. MM connection and strength were solid and the pump was elevated as well. By the workout's end my shoulders/traps were rocked.

Breezy, the reason I do high volume in setse is that that is the only way I can warm up the joints enough to handle heavy weight. I see you do a lot of exercises for 3 sets. Do you go right into it or are there some warm ups involved ?

Thanks man. I actually just started doing Arnolds too. It's a nice change from the standard presses and they seem to really hit the shoulders...I'm digging it.

Haha you might be right and I could just be bloated. Whatever it is will be gone by the end of this. I'm more concerned about adding a little size at this point and the last few days I'm thinking its working.

It varies a lot. Some exercises I'll jump right into if I'm already somewhat loose (not the beginning of workout) and its not that much weight. For example, I did about 10 standing DB press reps with 40's before starting my Arnold Press to wake up my shoulders a bit. The behind neck press and shrugs I just went for because I knew I could do a good amount of reps with the weight used. If I was benching, I'd warm up with 135, do a few reps with 225, then go into my working sets. I have a similar approach with squats and deads as well.

I usually do 4-5 sets if I'm lifting heavier and not doing as many reps per set.
 
breezy whats the correlation between Glycergrow (GMS) and ArA? I read about it before but forgot its importance.

In short, GMS (an emulsifying agent) helps with the uptake of ArA. It's not necessary for an ArA run, but it can definitely be beneficial. I believe there's another potential benefit that I'm not recalling at the moment. I'll be going to bed in a few minutes, but I'll let you know if I think of it before I pass out.
 
Day 25

I didn't get much sleep, but I'm currently feeling good after my morning Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT. My overall energy level has been up the last week, so hopefully it will help make the day easier.

My weight is continuing to climb and I weighed in at 214.6lbs (+7.2lbs overall). There's no possible way that I've actually gained that much quality weight and/or fat, so I must be holding water. With the recent changes in weather I haven't been sweating much, if at all, while working. I suppose this could be a reason why I'm holding more weight than I normally do. The good news is that I haven't gained much fat and some of the weight has to be lean mass. I don't think I've ever put on weight at this pace.

I had 2 caps of ABE with breakfast about 2 hours post Alphamine dosing. I plan on taking the remaining 4 caps around my workout as long as I get out of work at a decent time and feel up for the gym.
 
Day 25 continued

Just got back from a long day of work. My energy is still decent which is somewhat surprising.

I had my second dose of Alphamine around 12pm. It was earlier than usual due to when I was able to eat today. 2 scoops provided good energy that was a nice help getting through the afternoon.

I'm about to have my pre workout meal and take the following supps:

2 caps ABE
2 scoops TPwder
20 X-Gels
4 scoops GlycerGrow
2g ALCAR
1g calcium
1 scoop Prodigy

A few of the supplements I ordered last week arrived today. I'm going to give Prodigy a shot with tonight's back workout. I'll be adding a scoop of GlcoMyx to my post workout shake and having a cap of SlinTensity before dinner. I'm randomly having pizza tonight for the first time in at least 6 months, so the timing is perfect.

My workout will be fast paced and shorter than usual. I'm running late and I want to sleep at some point tonight.
 
Day 25 continued

Tonight's workout was great. It was fast paced and had me sweating like crazy. My focus and MM connection were both very strong and the pump was as well. I was honestly shocked by the intensity of the pump throughout my back. I hardly ever achieve anything remotely close to a pump while working back and tonight it was ridiculous.

I had to bail on deads because I didn't have time to wait for a platform. By the time one opened up, I was about ready to leave.

-I could barely move after these

I had a good first impression of Prodigy. My focus was definitely above what 2g of ALCAR provides me. Good clean energy was there when needed, and my endurance seemed up as well. I was impressed, especially after only taking 1 scoop.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake of protein, GlcoMyx, and oats.

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity 20 mins before my dinner, consisting of 160g carbs. Vascularity and muscle fullness are currently high. I'll have to try it a few more times before giving credit to SlinTensity especially since its not too long after my workout. Another thing I noticed is that I'm not very full for the amount of food I ate. It's similar to the feeling (or lack thereof) I get when I eat with ABE at times.

My joints are holding up very well. I thought they might become problematic at this point in my run. Hopefully Cissus XT continues to keep them happy.

My hunger is still up compared to the first couple weeks of my run. I'm no longer struggling to complete my meals. However, holding off on eating at different times throughout the day is still being helped by Alphamine.
 
Day 26

I started my day with my usual Alphamine, EP, and Cissus XT. Energy is currently up and I'm feeling good.

I held off on ABE this morning and had 2 caps of SlinTensity about 20 mins before breakfast. My meal had a total of 185g carbs. I'll be using a cap of ABE with my mid morning meal and lunch.

My weight is unchanged at 214.6lbs (+7.2lbs overall). I thought it would've started to drop a little after a long workday yesterday, but its holding strong. I still suspect at least half of the increase to be water at this point.

My shoulders are pretty sore and tightness has started to be felt throughout my back.

My overall energy is definitely up. I would've been fine getting through work without my afternoon dose of Alphamine. I had 2 scoops around 12pm and enjoyed the extra energy, although it wasn't needed like it normally is.

I'll be heading to the gym in a little while and taking the following with a meal beforehand:

Sleep was good and I woke up a little easier than usual. I had 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT to get my day started.

I decided to take a cap of OG Erase last night before going to bed. Since I seemed to be holding a lot of water, I wanted to see if it made a difference with my morning weigh in. I'm not sure if the stretch of workdays or the extra cap of Erase made the difference, but my weight took a decent dive. I stepped on the scale at 211.8lbs (+4.4lbs overall).

I had 2 caps of SlinTensity 20 minutes before a big 190g carb breakfast. I was planning on dosing ABE at work and around my workout.

Right before heading out the door for work I received a text message. Work was called off and I'm now up early for no reason. It would've been nice to find out before getting up at 4:30am and being wide awake from my Alphamine dose....thanks for the heads up.

I was going to head to the gym, but realized it would be best to wait until later. Having dosed Cissus XT a couple hours ago I should probably hold off on X-Gels and my workout. With the day free from work, I'll have plenty of time and energy for an all out assault on my legs.

It was haha. A big bowl of proatmeal (RVC Protean/oats/unsweetened vanilla almond milk) , 2 Ezekiel English muffins, 2 spinach pancakes, and 4 organic chicken sausages. I'm noticing a little increase in vascularity and I don't feel weighed down at all from my meal.

I miss the help of GDAs for sure! Where the hell you find RVC protean?? I can't understand why the hell nutra doesn't carry VMS or RVC.... PM me with answers damn it!!! :-)

I've been know to add Greek yogurt, sweet potato pancakes, and organic turkey bacon to it. I need to go shopping. That seems to be the case. I've only tried it a couple times, so I can't be sure just yet. The last week I've been handling my breakfast better for some reason as well. Alphamine had me quitting towards the end prior to that. Either way, I'm feeling light on my feet and could eat again right now without a problem. I'll keep you updated on the SlinTensity effects. I'm liking how I won't burn through a bottle in a week like I would with the majority of GDA's. 60g carbs is the minimum recommendation for 1 cap.

Yes it is. With VCB on the way, I'll only have the chocolate flavor left to try. RVC is my favorite at this point.
 
Speaking of delicious protein, I just went out on a limb and grabbed some Ultimate Flurry (candy/cookie lovers). I needed some Gut Health and saw the 5lb tubs for $33 at NP. I heard its good, but haven't tried it. I'll be set with protein for a while because I ordered AI Pumpkin Pie as well. I think 90% of that will be used for cooking.

Haha thanks man. A few months ago I did 500 (I think for 2 reps), but I've been staying away from really low rep since. Hopefully I'm ready to get back to it for a couple sets of of 4-5. I think I could've pulled off a set today if I took it easy on the approach.

Thanks dude. They can be brutal, but that's why I like them. I think leg workouts are on another level compared to everything else and there's no way to p*ssyfoot through a good one. A lot of the time it brings me right to the point of collapse/getting sick, but I feel way more accomplished when finished compared to other workouts.
 
Day 28

My sleep was great last night. I'm confident that TPwder has improved my sleep quality a decent amount. My energy has seen great improvement as well. It's amazing how much easier it has been to make it through a tough workday.

I took a cap of OG Erase again last night before bed. I didn't check my weight, but there is a noticeable difference in my appearance compared to a couple days ago when I was holding more weight. I'm not going to keep dosing the extra cap of Erase consistently, but its good to know I can use it to help shed some water weight if need be.

I had 2 scoops of Alphamine, a scoop of CF Focus XT, and a cap of EP right when I woke up. It really helped get my day off to a good start. I caught up with some emails for a couple hours while I waited to make breakfast.

I dosed 2 caps of SlinTensity about 20 mins before a 1700 cal 205g carb breakfast. The meal was massive and put yesterday's to shame. I finished it easily and it didn't phase me whatsoever. I could've continued eating and felt like I could go run sprints immediately after. My muscle fullness showed a noticeable increase shortly after my meal as well.

I'll be dosing ABE throughout the day. The 6 caps will be split with meals and pre bed.

I'm going to save my 2 scoops of TPwder for pre bed dosing. I want to test the effects of L-dopa when taken closer to sleep. I think the TPwder/ABE combo will make for some amazing sleep.

Cissus XT was taken with breakfast and will be dosed again later in the day with food.

Today is all about rest. I really don't feel like I need it, but I'm sure it will help. I normally can't wait until Saturday (complete day off from work/gym) because of the toll the work week and gym take on me. This says a lot for the improvement in energy and recovery I'm experiencing.
 
I think TP is giving me some sleep improvements as well. Seems to be a trend with those running logs of it ATM.

What other GDAs have you used before Slintensity (sorry if I missed you mention this earlier)?

Yeah I noticed both you and Celorza mention improved sleep. I'm curious to see if the pre bed dosing adds to it.

I don't think I mentioned it. I've used SlinShot, and Slin-Sane (both versions) before. It's still early in use, but so far SlinTensity looks like it could be my favorite. It seems to be much stronger than the others. With my high cal/carb diet its exactly what I'm looking for. I would have to dose up to 6 caps of other GDA's for a single meal in the past. Never having to go over 2 caps per use, its something I could use consistently.
 
Nice. I am loving Slin-Sane v2 right now, but will keep an eye on how you like Slintensity throughout this log. :thumbsup:

Lemme know how you like it. I did this Friday. Well, I popped a cap of slintensity and drove to the gym and sipped glycomyx + BCAAs + blue agave syrup intra. Muscle fullness was phenomenal and vascularity was nuts. I plan on starting a thread on Monday to keep track of my experimenting.

Definitely. Sounds like the experiment Matt was talking about. Did he mention anthing else to try?

Day 28 continued

I had my second dose of Alphamine (2 scoops) around 3pm. My hunger has been up a lot since the first couple weeks, but Alphamine is still helping control it. I've been wait 2.5-5 hours before eating after each dose and have no problem doing so. That's actually a long time without food for me.

Muscle fullness has been strong throughout the day. With the addition of SlinTensity, and no workout to dose ABE (4 caps) around, I've been able to take one or the other with each of my meals. I think there's a possibility that this dosing scheme has helped keep me looking full. My only SlinTensity dose was this morning (highest carb meal) and I've dosed 1 cap of ABE with 4 meals. I'll be taking 2 additional ABE caps pre bed along with 2 scoops of TPwder.

I was considering it since I'm approaching the halfway point. I don't think there'll be many noticeable differences from the starting pics, but I'll try and take some within the next week.
