I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake. I'll be having 1 cap shortly before bed.
My joints started feeling a little rusty a couple days ago, which was expected with my current stack. I added an additional cap of Cissus XT the last 2 days and the aches have gone away. Hopefully my joints (mainly elbows) continue to hold up at my current dose.
Great workout !!! Moving serious weight here.
Why have I not thought of cissus for my elbow burns !!!! To the Nutra store !
