breezy's Big Non-Sponsored Stack: TPwdr/EPro/ABE/Alphamine/X-Gels

Day 7

I managed to get 5+ hours of sleep which was an improvement, but I still had a tough time getting up. I started my day with 2 scoops of Alphamine, a scoop of CF Focus XT, and a cap of EP which was a nice pick me up.

I dosed 2 caps ABE and 2 scoops TPWDER with breakfast about 40 mins after waking up. If I thought I could fit 5000+ calories in an 8 hour window I would give IF a try. 2 scoops of Alphamine is making my morning meal a big challenge. I might cut the meal size in half and make up for it later in the day going forward.

Today is off from the gym and I'm looking forward to relaxing after work as its much needed.

It seems like it would be perfect in that situation. I've been waiting a few hours to eat when I don't have to work in the morning and I'm sure I could make it a few more without a problem.
 
Day 7 continued

I made it through the workday with some help from Alphamine. I was worn out after lunch and 1 scoop of RL gave me enough energy to get through the afternoon.

I dosed 2 caps of ABE with lunch and will dose 2 more with dinner.

X-Gels will not be dosed today since I'm not working out.

I should get some good rest tonight and be ready for a workout in the morning. I plan on getting back from the gym just in time to set up shop and watch the RedZone all day on the couch.
 
Day 8

I got up earlier than I would've liked, but I I feel refreshed after the long work week. I had 2 scoops of FP Alphamine and a cap of EP about 40 mins before breakfast. I cut down the size of my meal to make finishing it a little easier while having my appetite suppressed from Alphamine.

I weighed 209.8lbs (+2.4lbs overall) this morning. There was a drop as I expected, but I'm still up more than I would've thought at this point. There was a noticeable difference in my appearance this morning compared to earlier in the week. Muscle fullness/harness and vascularity are all on the rise. I looked to have lost some bloat as well.

I dosed 2 ABE and 2 scoops of TPwder with my food and will be going to the gym shortly. Right before heading out I'll have 20 X-Gels, 3 scoops GlycerGrow, 1g calcium, 1g ALCAR, and a scoop of CF Focus XT. I won't need any additional stims having taken Alphamine not too long ago.

Today's workout is chest/triceps. I may have to cut it short because I have some errands to run before a long day of watching football.
 
Safe to say Alphamine is working for ya, bro. I looked all kinds of lean in the mirror this morning.

The energy, appetite suppression, and thermo effect are all without a doubt working. I don't want to make any big claims in terms of body composition at this point, but things are looking good. The current (small) changes are all things I've noticed from EP and ABE in the past as well. Either way, I'm excited for what's to come.
 
Definitely agree man. I speak in hyperbole when I say "all kinds of lean" of course, but there are definitely subtleties that I've noticed about my physique.
 
Hope you crushed the gym. Hitting the gym hard then relaxing to some good food and football all day is always nice.

It was a solid workout and I'll have it posted at some point today. It's the perfect day. The only thing that could top it for me would be the addition of playoff hockey.

Hell yes! Isn't it awesome knowing that NFL football is back? I love hitting the gym early and having the rest of the day to watch the games.

I found myself about to fall asleep on the couch while watching football. Luckily it was time for my afternoon scoop of RL Alphamine. It didn't give me a crazy amount of energy, but I'm now wide awake and feeling good.

I had a decent pump throughout my workout, which started with the lower rep BB bench. It was stronger than usual, but not a huge difference.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake of protein and oats on my ride home from the gym. I'll be dosing my final 2 caps of the day with dinner.

A scoop of Alphamine was taken 2 hours after my shake and provided decent energy.

On workout/X-Gels days I've been supplementing with Ester-C, Jarrow B-Right, and vit D instead of Orange Triad. Cissus is being used early morning or late night depending on workout time. Off days I dose Cissus both AM and PM. Fish oil will continue to be put on hold until X-Gels are gone.
 
Nice job on that chest/tri day man. Bench press looks solid for sure! Man I'm so weak on my incline compared to flat, what tips you got for it?

Thanks man. My incline has always been pretty decent. Some little things like grip position and foot placement can make a difference for me at the time of the lift. I position my grip a thumb's length out from where the grooves start on the bar and make sure my feet are locked solidly in place. When I worked with some powerlifting coaches (about 13 years ago) I was taught to properly use leg drive (without having your ass come off the bench) to move more weight. I don't use my legs very much anymore, but it can definitely help if done correctly. Another tip when taking this approach was thinking of it like you're pushing yourself away from the bar as opposed to just pressing it up. That's kind of the feeling I get when adding leg drive. I try to keep my shoulder blades back as well.
 
Thanks man I'll try placement changes. I think if I can get better on incline my strength will see huge increases a crossed the board. Nice dips too. Feels good doesn't it? :-)

Yeah if I don't get positioned properly from the start I see a drop in #'s. I'll occasionally have a bad first set, make a minor adjustment, and go up a decent amount of weight.

Thanks. Dips are definitely one of my favorite exercises. I always do them a couple times per week...feels great.

I've been wanting to give that a try. Think I may take 2 pre bed on my next off day. Let me know if you notice any difference. I'm thinking I may eat my pillow if I do that!! Lmao sh1t makes me incredibly hungry.

I woke up with one of two pillows lol. I did actually sleep through the entire night without interruption which I never do. It was only a little less than 6 hours, but I usually wake up at least twice. I was feeling pretty lean too. Having only tried it once, I can't say if ABE helped this or it was just a coincidence. I'll have to try it a few more times and see what happens.
 
Day 9

I woke up and immediately had EP/ Cissus XT with some ice cold RL Alphamine (2 scoops). The additional energy from Alphamine was much appreciated, as it was still completely dark out and I was having trouble getting motivated and moving.

I had 2 caps of ABE with breakfast which was reduced by ~500 calories from the norm. The slightly smaller meal made it a little easier to finish while experiencing the lack of appetite from Alphamine.

My weight was back up to 211.4lbs (+4lbs overall) morning. I'm not concerned about the weight because my appearance isn't showing it negatively at all. Definition was looking slightly improved and a couple new viens in my left shoulder were visible this morning.

I plan on getting to the gym after work as long as I have the time. I don't see it being an issue.
 
Cissus is on the way as well as RL. Can't wait man! You said you like RL a little better right?

Good to hear you slept right through the night man! Gotta love anabolic sleep!

That's good news. I like it better, but not by much. I think they're both great. Sometimes I'm in more of a RL kind of mood and sometimes I'd rather have FP.

Yes sir. I'll try it on my next off day and hopefully get the same result.

I found that ABE tended to give me pretty good sleep when I took it close to bed or the occasional cap before sleep...so maybe you are on to something (cortisol effects in it may be helping sleep is what I am thinking but not positive). ;)

Day 9 continued

I took my second dose of Alphamine a couple hours after lunch. I made it through the workday with more energy than I have in a long time.

I'm just finishing up my pre workout meal with 2 caps ABE and 2 scoops TPwder included.

I'll be taking 20 X-Gels, 3 scoops GlycerGrow, 1.5g ALCAR, 1g calcium, 1 scoop CF Focus XT, and 200mg caffeine before heading to the gym.

I'll be working biceps/forearms/calves/abs.

Could also be due to blood sugar lowering/GDA effects of ABE. I usually get a legit sleep when taking Anabolic Pump or Slin Sane 2 before bed.

I haven't tried dosing GDA's before bed previously, but that could be another possibility. Have you run tests with ABE or AB like you have with other supps in the past? I've decided to save a cap for pre bed tomorrow.

My workout wasn't as good as I would've liked, but it was decent. I had some minor improvements with a couple exercises. The gym was overly packed with groups of people standing/dicking around. It was tough to complete my workout and I was there much longer than I would've liked.

I was somewhat disappointed in the level of pump achieved. I went into my workout hoping to see/feel my arms blow up. There was a slight pump, but nothing intense, even when going higher rep. I thought it was a little odd considering the feeling of my last few workouts.

I had 2 caps of ABE on the ride home from the gym with my shake.

I'm looking forward to hopefully feeling the T boosting effects of TPwder in the next few days. I've responded well to DAA in the past and hope this run has a similar outcome.

Day 10

I woke up with 2 scoops of FP Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT. My morning meal has been easier after scaling the size back a little. It was taking me too long to finish and causing me to be in a rush to get to work on time. I had 1 cap of ABE with breakfast and will have the remaining 5 of the day around my workout and pre bed.

I weighed in again expecting to see a drop because I'm not sure how I could've gained this much in such a short period of time. It was down slightly, but still up a decent amount overall at 210.4lbs (+3lbs overall). I'll be happy if the weight continues to hold up as the week goes on. Muscle hardness seems to be improving as of late. I noticed this the last couple days and it was pretty evident this morning. The changes aren't drastic, but they are noticeable.
 
Day 10 continued

I had a long 12 hour day of work and was extremely tired by the end of it. I had a scoop of RL Alphamine around 2pm, which gave me a minimal boost of energy that was short lived. I think I'm going to try 4 scoops total tomorrow and see how that goes. With my stim tolerance, I'm sure it won't be a problem.

I thought I might take the day off, but after a shower and some food I'm feeling up for the gym.

I just dosed the following:

2g ALCAR
1g calcium
1.5 scoops Maximize Intense

I'm working shoulders/traps and will be pressed for time. I got out of work late and still have plenty to get done once I'm back from the gym...including sleep.

I had a great time in the gym tonight. It was a complete turn around from yesterday's disappointing experience. I felt strong, endurance was high, and I was in a fantastic mood throughout my workout. I ended up powering through my routine in about an hour. I was quite surprised by just how good I felt after a grueling work day. My mood is still elevated several hours after my workout.

I'm wondering if I'm beginning to feel some of the effects from TPwder. I usually feel significantly better overall when DAA starts kicking in.

I woke up a couple times during the night to go to the bathroom, but my quality of sleep did seem better. I didn't have nearly as hard a of time getting out of bed compared to most mornings. I'll be trying another cap of ABE pre bed tonight as well.

I dosed 2 scoops of FP Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT right after I woke up. I have some solid energy at the moment that should easily get me through the morning. I'm going to dose 2 scoops of Alphamine this afternoon in hopes of finishing the workday without wanting to fall asleep. I'll be looking to see how my hunger is this afternoon as well. My longest stretch without food is after lunch until I get home from work. I'm usually starving by that point and could use the extra help from Alphamine.

I had 1 cap of ABE with breakfast and will have the other 5 of the day pre/post workout and pre bed.

My weight was down to 209.8lbs (+2.4lbs overall). I was waiting/expecting to see a drop as I didn't know how I had gained so much in just over a week's time.

I'm at about 4 scoops with no issues besides overall better quality of life of course! ;-)

Tried RL today and I prefer FP slightly. Also tried them combined and thought it was amazing!

I'm trying two caps before bed today too.

I noticed you and I think Ben were taking 4 scoops without any issues (not that I thought there would be). I handle 3 pretty easily so I'll give 4 a test run. Might need a 3rd tub...

The combo sounds good. I'll try it tomorrow morning.

It seems like ABE is helping with sleep. I'll give it a couple more trys before I come to a conclusion.
 
Awesome job so far! How has the appetite been on ABE and Alphamine? For me the supression factor of Alphamine died off after about a week

Thanks Bodock. The appetite suppression is still as strong as it was when I started and ABE doesn't seem to be effecting it. It's most noticeable after my morning dose when I try to eat breakfast and struggle through it.

My second 2 scoop dose provided the perfect amount of energy to finish up the workday. It was also a help in making it 5+ hours without food, which is usually pretty rough for me. I'm just starting to get hungry now and would normally be starving a couple hours ago.

It was another long day of work, but I finished in much better condition than yesterday. 2 scoops of RL Alphamine around 2pm allowed me to stay alert and moving until it was time to go home. It's looking like I'll be dosing 2 scoops, both AM and PM, going forward. It was nice not feeling like I was going to collapse a couple hours after lunch. Another benefit of the 2 scoop dose is its ability to curb my appetite until I can get home.

I just had my pre workout meal with the following supplements:

2 scoops TPwder
20 X-Gels
2g ALCAR
1g Calcium
3 scoops GlycerGrow
~1.33 scoops WYKED

Today will be a back workout. I'm going to be rushed again, so I might drop some weight and pick up the pace.

Thanks fumoney. There are some subtle changes that I'm beginning to see take place. Muscle fullness and hardness are both up and my overall appearance has started to tighten up a little as well. The last couple days I've felt pretty solid. I'm excited that there seems to be a few changes at this point considering I'm just getting started.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my post workout shake. I'll be having 1 cap shortly before bed.

My joints started feeling a little rusty a couple days ago, which was expected with my current stack. I added an additional cap of Cissus XT the last 2 days and the aches have gone away. Hopefully my joints (mainly elbows) continue to hold up at my current dose.
