Day 18

The couple extra hours of sleep last night had me feeling refreshed this morning. I woke up to 2 scoops of FP Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT.

With my morning free I waited about 3 hours before having breakfast. I had 2 caps of ABE with my food and the appetite suppression wasn't nearly as strong after waiting to eat.

I weighed exactly 209lbs (+1.6lbs overall) this morning. Any weight added looks to be a positive as I don't see any fat gain. I actually think I look slightly leaner than when I started. The difference is very minimal, but with my weight being up overall I'm pleasantly surprised.

There have been a few days where I haven't quite hit my intended calorie target. On those days I've been above maintenance, but fell 200-300 calories short due to appetite suppression from Alphamine. If anything this will make "tightening up" in the last few weeks of my run easier.

Day 18 continued

I got through work feeling great. It was only a 5 hour day and I had my afternoon Alphamine (2 scoops RL) to power me through the last 2.

I'll be going to the gym for back workout in a little while and should have plenty of energy. I'm about to have my pre workout meal along with the following supps:

My shoulders/traps have been unusually sore today. I don't experience DOMS regularly, and when I do its not to this extent. I'm wondering if the X-Gels (ArA) have something to do with this. I'll see how my back is feeling tomorrow.
 
Day 19

I didn't get the best sleep, but I'm currently feeling good after 2 scoops of FP Alphamine this morning. I had a cap of EP and Cissus XT right when I woke up as well. If sleep quality doesn't improve I'll try pre bed ABE again to see if that has an impact.

I had 2 caps of ABE with a big breakfast (~2 hours post Alphamine) which was easier to finish than it has been the majority of the run. I ended up dosing Alphamine an hour earlier than usual which may have made a difference in my appetite at the time.

I weighed 210.2lbs (+2.8lbs overall) shortly after waking up. I'm happy with my overall appearance at this point in the run. Vascularity and muscle hardness were 2 areas of improvement I noticed this morning.
 
Day 19 continued

I felt better at work today than I have in a long time. I thought I'd be getting tired by the afternoon because I didn't get the best sleep, but that wasn't the case. My energy and mood were both consistently good throughout the day. The energy aspect of Alphamine really shined today and the second dose was the perfect afternoon pick me up. I think TPwder had a part in how I felt today as well. My mood and energy have gone up with the use of DAA in the past, and it seems to be happening again.

I was hungrier today than I've been the last couple weeks. I'm not sure if ABE has anything to do with it, but its a possibility. Any hunger increases were sporadic the last time I ran it. My afternoon dose of Alphamine calmed down my appetite and the hunger is now returning 4 hours later.

My back has become increasingly sore as the day goes on. It's beginning to look like X-Gels are now increasing DOMS. I'm a bit surprised by how sore my back is overall. It's been a long time since I've experienced this...feels like I'm 14 again.

Today's workout will be arm focused with the possibility of some light chest work. I'll be having a pre workout meal shortly with the following supps:

I don't think tonight's workout could've gone any better. I had amazing energy, felt strong, was in a great mood, and X-Gels had a breakthrough performance. I was starting to think I wasn't going to "feel" anything (intense pump) in the gym from ArA, but tonight was a whole new experience. I must have had what was one of the strongest pumps I've ever felt. After the first set of my first exercise, my chest and arms blew up incredibly. I ended up switching the order of my routine, which made strength increases hard to judge. I also noticed I was moving along faster than I have been.

With the increased soreness of the last 2 days, and the addition of the crazy pumps tonight, I'm convinced X-Gels have started to make an impact. I expected more immediate effects to be noticed while working out, but I guess the ArA needed to build up in my system a little. If my arms are sore tomorrow, especially my biceps, that would be a major accomplishment. I don't really ever experience any DOMS with my arms.

Day 20

I woke up with 2 scoops of FP Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT. I decided to do a little stretching before I got moving. This is not something normally do (probably should) on a regular basis. However, with the recent post workout soreness over he last few days it felt necessary. I used to find myself stretching constantly throughout the day when DOMS were a frequent occurrence. I honestly missed the feeling and its good to have it back. As of now, my arms/chest aren't sore, but I'll see if they hold up as the day goes on.

I had 2 caps of ABE with my breakfast about 2 hours after dosing Alphamine. It seems like waiting a while to eat is helping me be able to finish a large meal without getting uncomfortably full.

I weighed in at 210.8lbs (+3.4lbs overall) this morning. It's good to see my weight holding up this far into the work week as its usually declining towards the end. I still suspect that it will drop a little by tomorrow morning.

Are you making your own oats and protein shake or is it something store bought like ON oats and whey ?

I make my own. I grind up oats in a coffee grinder and store them in old protein tubs. My shakes are usually 1.5 cups oats and 2-2.5 scoops of protein (depending on what brand/macros).

Yeah its a good cheap carb source. I make proatmeal and sometimes protein bars with them as well. I go through a lot of oats each week.

I had good energy throughout the day again. Just when I thought I was losing steam it was time for my afternoon dose of Alphamine. It did a good job waking me up, and carried me through another 4 hours of work.

I'm running a little late and have a lot to accomplish tonight, so my workout is going to be kept somewhat short. I'll be taking the following with a pre workout meal:

My arms/chest are a little sore from yesterday. This has been slowly increasing throughout the day. I normally have zero soreness from arm workouts.

My hunger was up again today. This makes two consecutive days of increased appetite. I think it could be ABE or perhaps my body asking for more nourishment due to the extra beating my muscles seem to be getting from ArA as of late.


I placed multiple supplement orders tonight which included the following products related to my stack:

Alphamine- I'll now be able to continue at 4 scoops daily for the full 8 weeks (and most likely start back up again following a 4 week break). I got a bonus bottle of OG Erase with it to add to my PES stash as well.

OG X Factor (200 count)- I'll be using it to extend my ArA run. I cracked open my 4th bottle of X-Gels tonight and will be out of it entirely in about 2 weeks. I would've liked to continue the final weeks of my run with X-Gels, but it doesn't make sense financially based on my current dose and the current ArA content per bottle. 200 count X Factor just became available for pre sale and should arrive before I finish what's left of X-Gels. I may step up my pre workout dose to 2.5g depending on how the next week goes.

Cissus XT- gotta protect the joints

SlinTensity/Glycomyx- I'm not sure if I'll be adding these into the mix. I'll most likely at least give them a test run and provide some feedback.

ABE raises my appetite like crazy breezy! That is one reason I'm liking prebed dosing. It keeps me from eating everything in the kitchen!

I'm loving the alphamine as well and will have to see if my bp can handle alphamine after the 4 week break being I'll be running something that may just interfere... Feel like I have to use it at least as a pre-workout during my cycle though! It will be a tough time if I have to go without.

EDIT: Let me know how well that gda works. I'm taking a break from them right now but had my eyes on that one.

ABE has caused my appetite to go up in the past (sporadically) so that's a definite possibility. I'll try a pre bed dose tomorrow since I have the day off. I was thinking X-Gels could be the culprit because the increased hunger coincided with the increased soreness and pumps of the last few days. I'm curious to see if it continues. I've upped my calories the last couple days as it feels like my body is asking for it.

Alphamine is great. Hopefully you don't have to bail on it for your next run. There have been many times the last few weeks where I don't know how I would've made it through the day without it.

I'll definitely let you know what I think of SlinTensity. Everything I've seen about it looks promising. I'm not sure when I'll start using it consistently, but I doubt I'll be able to resist giving it try.

Day 21

I got some good sleep last night and started my day with 2 scoops of Alphamine and a cap of EP. I had no problem waiting 3 hours before eating anything (with 2 caps ABE/2 scoops TPwder). Alphamine is still doing a good job with appetite suppression, but I've been hungrier overall the last few days. I think the change is related to ABE and/or X-Gels as opposed to Alphamine losing it's effectiveness with appetite control. Either way, the increase in hunger isn't huge, and is welcomed due to my high caloric needs, regardless of my current goals. I had my afternoon dose (2 scoops) around 2pm, which provided decent energy and allowed me to hold off on food for a few hours.

I didn't get around to checking my weight this morning, but my appearance is continuing to show a little improvement. Muscle definition, fullness, and hardness all seem to be on the rise. Being 3 weeks into the stack, this is around the point where I had hoped to see some definite physique changes. The differences aren't dramatic, nor did I expect them to be, but I'm happy with my progress thus far.

I'll be having 2 caps of ABE with a large dinner and an additional 2 caps pre bed. I'm still undecided if its effecting my sleep quality and thought I'd give it another shot tonight.

There is a man with a plan. I am absorbing all info for future use. X-factor....eh ? I couldn't imagine taking 20+. How many x-factor do you need to take to stay at same dosage level ?

Yeah 20 pills pre workout was a little overwhelming at first lol. Luckily they're pretty small and I can easily dose them all at once. The only minor inconvenience is the cotton in the bottles sticks to them and I have to pick strands off each gel individually (not a big deal though). I would need 8 X-Factor to equal the same 2g dose. It's 250g ArA as opposed to 100g per gel. I believe X-Gels will have the same ArA content as X Factor with future batches as that's what was originally intended.

-Holy tri-pump! These had my arms blown up to the point where I was stuck in "tough guy position" as I couldn't lower my arms to my sides.

I've become really impressed with the pump achieved the last few workouts. It's truely something I can't recall ever experiencing. I'm starting to understand why people are always "seeking the pump"...I'm enjoying it.

My strength looks to be picking up a good deal as well. However, I may try to focus more attention on mind muscle connection/hypertrophy instead of mainly strength gains to better utilize ArA's benefits. I'm not sure how that will go since strength increases are my biggest motivating factor.

I'll be having my afternoon dose of Alphamine shortly. I'm looking forward to it as I'm getting a little sleepy.

My final 2 ABE caps of the day will be taken with meals. I'm not sure if I'll split them up at this point.

There's a lot to like. I was hesitant to include X-Gels in the stack originally, but after going back and forth with Mr. C via PM it was included. I'm already thinking about using it again after a break. The only down side is that its expensive.

I started typing something up, but it was a pain in the ass on my phone. The first post from Cooper's thread about X-Gels (ArA) offers a great explanation of what it is and has to offer:

Any dosing recommendations were assuming 250mg per gel as opposed to the current 100 mg.
 
Day 23

I found out last night that I didn't have to work this morning, so I got a great night's sleep. I woke up, had 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and did some stretching. My chest is starting to get pretty tight/sore and the feeling will probably increase as the day progresses.

I haven't checked my weight in a few days and will hop on the scale tomorrow morning. Whatever my weight is it doesn't look like I've added any fat. My body fat looks about the same as when I started.

I waited 3 hours before having a big breakfast, which was also my pre workout meal.

I dosed the following with and just after my food:

I like this stack you have going here. I know very little about ArA, enlighten me please. :-)

I love ArA...Breezy seems to be responding well, but I think it is honestly one of the more effective ingredients available. Anabeta and ArA are my two favorite "anabolic" type supplements. :)

Day 23

I found out last night that I didn't have to work this morning, so I got a great night's sleep. I woke up, had 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and did some stretching. My chest is starting to get pretty tight/sore and the feeling will probably increase as the day progresses.

I haven't checked my weight in a few days and will hop on the scale tomorrow morning. Whatever my weight is it doesn't look like I've added any fat. My body fat looks about the same as when I started.

I waited 3 hours before having a big breakfast, which was also my pre workout meal.

I dosed the following with and just after my food:

2 caps ABE
2 scoops TPwder
20 X-Gels
4 scoops GlycerGrow (+1 scoop the last couple workouts)
1.5g ALCAR
1g Calcium
1 scoop CF Focus XT
100mg caffeine

Today will be a biceps/forearms/calves/abs workout. I'm normally not too excited about this routine (no major lifts), but with the recent pumps it should be interesting.

Honestly find your drive impressive. You seem to work some pretty intense hours but it doesn't seem to hold you back. The stack seems to be working great for you too. :thumbsup:

The last week I'm noticing a good response to it. Those are two of my favorites as well.

Thanks bolt. Yeah I love lifting and everything that goes along with it. It takes a lot for me to miss a workout. When I first took on the physical job it was really tough keeping up with everything, but its gotten a little easier as I got used to it. Knowing that I can hit the gym later is what gets me through the workday. I've also always played competitive sports and lifting has filled the void since that has ended. I take it just as serious and always strive for improvement.

The stack is going well. There's not a ton of drastic physique changes, but I wouldn't expect big differences at this point unless I had dropped a good amount of weight. My overall mood/sense of well being, energy level, and strength are all improved as well.

I had a decent workout. I did my best to ignore any previous #s and focus on MM connection. The pump was pretty strong, but not at the same level as the few workouts prior.

I like what I'm seeing and I must say that I'm very interested in giving ArA a run myself in the future. Between your log and Evan666's I'm super intrigued. I've always been a big fan of the pump and can't wait to see how ArA can add to that.

It was also one of the worst officiated games I've seen this season (and there have been some god awful ones, see: packers vs seahawks). Both sides had to deal with BS all night.

Thanks and no problem Dj. I think you'd enjoy giving ArA a go. The effects seem to be picking up over the last week and hopefully continue to improve. I thought I was subbed to the "Log of Doom". Did that ever come to a conclusion?

Yeah it literally came down to the last seconds. I'm ok with it as long as they make the playoffs. First round bye/home field would be nice though.

It was ridiculous. I thought it would be bad, but not to this extent. It's not cool when poor officiating can potentially affect the outcome of games.

They need Ed Hochuli and his guns to step in and set things straight. It's gotten out of hand and will probably just get worse.
 
Day 24

I woke up to my usual 2 scoops of Alphamine, a cap of EP, and some Cissus XT. The Alphamine isn't giving me a "jolt" of energy, but its there in a very clean way.

I hadn't weighed myself in a few days and I was pretty surprised this morning. I stepped on the scale showing 213.8lbs (+6.4lbs overall). I expected a decent gain having not worked since Friday, but not this much. I'm sure a good amount of it is water and I'll see it decline at some point soon. Either way, I don't look to have added much fat, if any at all.

I had 2 caps of ABE with breakfast about 2 hours post Alphamine. I'll be having an additional 4 caps around my workout. Appetite suppression hasn't been an issue lately. I have been waiting longer to eat and that could be a part of the reason.
