Day 19 continued
I don't think tonight's workout could've gone any better. I had amazing energy, felt strong, was in a great mood, and X-Gels had a breakthrough performance. I was starting to think I wasn't going to "feel" anything (intense pump) in the gym from ArA, but tonight was a whole new experience. I must have had what was one of the strongest pumps I've ever felt. After the first set of my first exercise, my chest and arms blew up incredibly. I ended up switching the order of my routine, which made strength increases hard to judge. I also noticed I was moving along faster than I have been.

As I previously mentioned, the pump was intense. I'm not someone that normally goes into a workout in search of one, but it sure felt great. My vascularity was looking freakish as well. ABE usually helps a good deal with this and tonight my veins were very prominent.

I had 2 caps of ABE on the ride home with my protein and oats shake.
With the increased soreness of the last 2 days, and the addition of the crazy pumps tonight, I'm convinced X-Gels have started to make an impact. I expected more immediate effects to be noticed while working out, but I guess the ArA needed to build up in my system a little. If my arms are sore tomorrow, especially my biceps, that would be a major accomplishment. I don't really ever experience any DOMS with my arms.
