Looks good! At first I was about to say man low carbs but then I saw the text saying white rice and sweet potato.
Yeah I'm kinda kicking myself in the azz now for not getting the mri within a day or 2. Here we are a week down, and still have a week to go to be seen. All daily activities are around 80% ad of today. Put in a solid day of labor on saturday with restrictions. Still something going on in thereGood to hear that the shoulder is improving, I wouldn't wait on getting into an ortho. Go to an ART, or soft tissue practitioner. Something like Airrosti or somewhere. Someone putting hands on you will often be able to tell a lot just by what they they feel while working the tissue. I would see if you can get in to see someone for Active Release Technique - ART or something similar.
That is a GREAT Looking meal !!
Had room for dessert also, frozen cool whip with a cup of lucky charms on top. Still came in low in macros and scale is where I want it at 209 for the situation I'm in right now. I have fish, half a sweet potato, and kale left over for today.
Awesome! Sounds good. Cool whip and luck charms. I may have to try that one.

Food is looking good! Giving me veggie cravings!!!!
I oven roast all my veggies lately. Toss them in extra virgin olive oil with old bay and crushed red pepper. 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then sea salt . Banging!!

Careful on chest pressing with the overlap on your shoulders. Make sure your shoulders are pinned back on all pressing movements so you minimize carry over and help with improving it as fast as possible.
