Round 2 starts on monday!! Will be upping my dosage to 6 caps a day. Have a decision to make, I want to up my alpha lean to 2 caps as 1 has suited me well. The only way for me to handle 2 caps is to drop my pwo. I would take my 1st alpha lean at 3am before workout and hoped it kicked in like my RIOT does. Then factor in, there goes my pump. Decisions decisions. Must say, I was a lil let down when I opened my package and the we're no free samples...

Can't wait to see how round 2 treats you! i say try dropping the pre and see if 2 caps alpha lean 7 still gives you the energy level you need. If not then go back to 1 cap with the pre.

Yea that's true. You can always just try it one day and see how it goes. If it sucks then go back to the way you had it before.
 
Been another absolutely insane week, I have put in over 15 to 16 hour days all week. Will do the same today. I still managed 4 workouts this week. Unfortunately I haven't been tracking macros this week, it's honestly just something I don't have time for, no excuses, just the truth. I'm sure I was at 3000 calories or better each day this week. It's just the way it is right now. That will be addressed next week. If I have time to log this, I have time to track macros. Anyways, stack is still solid. I have never had visible abs , well maybe in high school 20 years ago. I'm putting in the work, and I'm sure the ALPHA LEAN /TRUE SHRED stack is helping. I have to buckle down for this last 4 weeks.
 
Just keep in mind, I have lost over 90lbs in the last 3 years. There is some loose skin at lower abdomen area and love handles.
If that wasn't an issue, I'm sure the lower abs would be showing. I don't let that bother me.
 
Need advice, I dink about a gallon and a half of water 7 days a week. I am always moving all day. Lots of labor and exercise. I sweat alot. Last two days I feel as though I am right on the verge of serious cramping in my calfs. I did have a attack last week in the middle of the night, my sh1t locked up bad. Horrifying pain. It's right there to happen again, i have been drinking pickle juice daily for the last 2 week's since that episode. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Calfs cramped up in your sleep? That happens to me sometimes. It sucks lol. Not sure what to do to help though. Never found anything to deal with it. Drink a ton of water, eat bananas, take my vitamins idk what else to do for it.

Yeah gallon and a half a day for me too. When it starts getting hotter ill drink 2 gallons and still ill end up getting them every now and then. I just thank of that it doesnt happen to often

Always have pickle juice and yellow mustard in the corner or the sidelines. Yellow mustard is instant releif. Go to a local high school football game, you will see all the youngsters pounding yellow mustard

Pickle juice has been used for years! never heard of the yellow mustard.
Hell we use to take pound salt tablets in College. (now I'm showing my age) lol

I've had those where I've had to jump out of bed and start stretching it. I've also had ab cramps and those are the worst!

First time thus year I have lost on a weight in. I'm good with it. Only 1/2 lb from last week. Consider, papa johns pizza, taco bell, Chipotle, chinese food, alcohol, and only about 4 hours slept a night. Mirror still looks good.
Starting 6 caps of TRUE SHRED today. I am so happy I have abs...

No workout yesterday in the gym. I did put in a 10 hour day shift and cut 3 yards by myslef. Cardio was there. Got another 10 hour shift and a mulch job this evening which will consist of another 4 hours cardio/labor.
I started 6 caps of TRUE SHRED on sunday, will hit the gym the next 4 days. Got 2 good night's of rest sunday and monday. Time to tighten this log up. Gotta get down to 200 bye the end of the month.
 
6 caps true shred should definitely get you some nice results! Especially doing all that yard work and burning calories!

True Shred definitely helps with vascularity. I remember during the logs on true shred that almost everyone noticed increased vascularity. Glad you are noticing it as well. Looking jacked!
