Round 2 starts on monday!! Will be upping my dosage to 6 caps a day. Have a decision to make, I want to up my alpha lean to 2 caps as 1 has suited me well. The only way for me to handle 2 caps is to drop my pwo. I would take my 1st alpha lean at 3am before workout and hoped it kicked in like my RIOT does. Then factor in, there goes my pump. I love pwo samples, flavors, pumps, focus, energy, sweat. ...they are all different.I wish they would aways send out freebies lol seems like i never get em
Can't wait to see how round 2 treats you! i say try dropping the pre and see if 2 caps alpha lean 7 still gives you the energy level you need. If not then go back to 1 cap with the pre.
No doubt it will give me the energy, just don't wanna get wacked out is my issue
Calfs cramped up in your sleep? That happens to me sometimes. It sucks lol. Not sure what to do to help though. Never found anything to deal with it. Drink a ton of water, eat bananas, take my vitamins idk what else to do for it.Need advice, I dink about a gallon and a half of water 7 days a week. I am always moving all day. Lots of labor and exercise. I sweat alot. Last two days I feel as though I am right on the verge of serious cramping in my calfs. I did have a attack last week in the middle of the night, my sh1t locked up bad. Horrifying pain. It's right there to happen again, i have been drinking pickle juice daily for the last 2 week's since that episode. Any other suggestions? Thanks

No workout yesterday in the gym. I did put in a 10 hour day shift and cut 3 yards by myslef. Cardio was there. Got another 10 hour shift and a mulch job this evening which will consist of another 4 hours cardio/labor.
I started 6 caps of TRUE SHRED on sunday, will hit the gym the next 4 days. Got 2 good night's of rest sunday and monday. Time to tighten this log up. Gotta get down to 200 bye the end of the month.
