Yeah im up and moving around working on wife's honey do list today. Its raining so no lawncare today. Once I get here request complete I have to work on my taxes 🙃😒
Thanks for reminding me about taxes! what a PIA!
Wish we could just get a national sales tax and eliminate all other taxes. imagine no payroll taxes, no property taxes, ect.....
They want people to pay there fair share? there you go! Even the people living off the black market buys stuff, a lot of stuff.
Plus you could get rid of 80% of the IRS.

Today was brutal, wet ground, slopes, and hills. I believe it weights 180+ lbs and is not hydro static. So its all legs and upper body. It can definitely bring you to a complete stop to catch your breath from the burn..

So the tracker is pretty close on distance and its reading 739 cals. That would be awesome to wipe out a meal. I really don't know but I would hope and assume 350 at the minimum

Review for @sns8778 PUMP ADDICT
View attachment 227811View attachment 227812

I decided to go through 6 workouts with PUMP ADDICT to give it a good review on a 1 scoop versus 2 scoop dosing. Also to use it with my traditional 5 x 5 big lifts versus accessory work.

**Taste

Even with one scoop you get a great smooth taste

2 scoops you really get the flavor

**Mix

Perfect as usual with all @sns8778 products

***Performance
1 scoop
I would recommend one scoop on lighter days like cardio, HIIT, or accessories. You get the smaller serving size but you still get the focus, pump, and hit of caffeine.

1 scoop with still push you through a heavy 5 x 5 day also just obviously not as hard as 2 full scoops

2 scoops
So obviously this is were you get full performance. Excellent pump, nice hit of caffeine, and focus.

I personally am a PUMP junkie. I look for the most pump possible.

I'm not so much big on Stims and caffeine so PUMP ADDICT is dammed near a perfect pwo for me.

I also like the fact of the 1 or 2 scoop options and still get a great workout using it accordingly. This will also make my pwo last longer.

The one scoop option is also a good option for an evening workout

Chalk up another win for Steve!!!!

I sent a jug to my 21 year old son in SC who is packing on muscle by the day. He has never had a well dosed pump pwo before so he is on cloud 9 right now. I will have him give me some feedback also for the younger crowd
Thank you so very much for the thorough review and I'm really glad that you like it.

I'm really glad that you like the flavors - it has a lot of hard to flavor ingredients in it and I was very glad how the flavors turned out, I'm glad that you liked them.

And that's great, I'm so glad that he is liking it too. That's awesome.

If you don't mind, would you mind posting your review in the Pump Addict thread here on AM? It's not getting nearly the attention that I think it should in my opinion.

Morning AM, very nice full body SS pump this morning.

First time attempting barbell lunges in years. I couldn't even tell you the last time honestly. Everything felt pretty good. I did notice on whichever foot I put forward to lunge that it felt more comfortable and stable if I turned the foot/toe in, almost in like a pigeon toed stance. It seemed to feel more stable and take away some weird feeling on the outside of my knees. Maybe scar tissue, who knows. Anyways I was still able to get deep and activate.

Couldn't get my last 4 reps of 21s on the full motion. Definitely not worried about that.

Interview went well yesterday and have a walk through the facility and in person interview coming up. I haven't done an over the phone interview in years, I just feel like saying "I'm a god dam country boy and will work my fingers to the bone. If I don't know something, teach me and it will get done."

Dam they ask some dumb ass questions, but I did fine.

Not sure what today is gonna bring with what seems to be bad weather again. I will find something productive to ease my mind.

Everyone have a safe productive day

I would have to believe with the added resistance if anything the caloric burn from the step counter is too low as it is not factoring in the effort required for those steps.

Nice accessory session. Looked like a nice and fun pump session for sure.

Its all resistance, forward and backwards. The slopes add in upper body strength to keep it from tipping. It definitely separates the men from the boys quickly.

Agreed. I feel like anytime they ask this question they didn't prepare and look at your resume before hand so they want you to walk them through it.

I like when they do short introductions and straight to business personally :)

Morning AM, BOSSMAN doing it this morning. Power workout, full of focus and pump thanks to PUMP ADDICT 💪.

Already showered and fixing to leave shortly for my 3rd and probably final in person interview today along with a tour of the facility.

If they give me what I want hourly or salary I will probably take the job. I will be able to cut back my lawncare to basically just my commercial sites and sub out my residential work.

I've crunched alot of numbers, if I did lawncare I would have to gross close to 200k to make things work for me and my lifestyle. Thats a salary, 401k, health insurance, savings, and pay the business. Thats alot of fukkn grass!!!!

With this position I will be dam close to 3/4 of that salary without the headache and overhead. Keep my commercial work, sub the residential, and boom 💥!!! Im over that mark!!!!

Been a good ass week of training besides the one day I was under the weather.

Everyone have a awesome fukkn day!!!!

Youtube Bullet for my Valentine

Nice strong workout this morning with some weight increases on Flat bench and Barbell rows.

I could increase on squats but I took it easy with same weight today, had a small buring on inside of left knee on first set and didn't want to push it. It went away.

I will update life and employment situation later today..

Nice work and you got a lot of nice stuff in that little area. I really need to get my set up squared away. I can't wait, about to have my shed put up and then I can move a lot of "garage stuff" into the storage shed. I like the tapestries, flags and other stuff you have. Similar to @Rocket3015 who has his reflecting his personality and likes.

Thanks for compliments on the iron 💪

I also have a treadmill, and heavy bag in there. The whole other 2 bays are empty for jump rope, farmers walk etc etc .

I really should invest in some mirrors but went with the flat screen instead 🤔

So I guess you took the job at the plant?
love the Lets go Brandon Mat!
Yes sir....you have to cheer for Brandon 🤠

Nope on the power plant. They drug their feet with my offer, the commute, the 12 hour rotating shifts, and I could feel the drama during the interviews. I don't do drama to well. Also, im not putting my wife through that lifestyle again.

I got an offer this past Saturday 8 miles from home mining sand and gravel. Same ahit I've been doing for the last 11-12 years and guess what???? More God dam money!!!! Thats a dam shame in a way.

So basically back to the same ole grind but with a nice pay increase.

I feel like I'm living second to second right now. Definitely thankful for all my blessings that just keep popping up 💥🙏💥

Morning AM, BOSSMAN up and at it this morning.

Going back through the log it looks as though I either didn't log or missed a workout B last week. I'm thinking I just didn't log cause I believe I got in 4 sessions last week. No big deal.

Today's workout was a struggle. Believe it or not deads was the easiest along with barbell curls.

Incline and overhead wasn't there. Mentally I was there just ran out of gas. Didn't eat much yesterday due to new job and being up 19 hours between training, working, and my sons bball game last night.

This week will complete week 9 of 5 x 5 training. Im shooting for 12 weeks and really want to push it to the max as I'm getting really strong.

Everyone have a safe productive day 💥💯🇺🇸💥💯🇺🇸

I am going to say these are deserved blessings. You have been responsible for giving many blessings out to others. If you put positivity into the world it often makes it way back to you.

Morning AM, week 10 is here!!! Feeling strong this morning after a 4 day break.

Surprised myself this morning after what I went through at work yesterday. My portable sand and gravel clogged up so my partner and I had to shovel i would say about ton of wet bankrun. Only took 3 hours in the down pouring rain. 🤠

Still getting accustomed to my new schedule.

Hope to finish off the week strong 💪
