...Would the 2nd run be like the first, or would it be like most supps/PHs, you wont quite get the results you did the 1st time because of upregulation/tolerance, etc...?? I definitely want to run this again when it's time!

Dirk's second run was just like his first, with the same type of gains re muscle mass and strength, etc. However, generally it tends to be the law of diminishing returns with this type of stuff. You DO need to take breaks; if you do, you should be fine.

I'm pretty certain it has nothing to do with TO, just one of those things. I'm going to rest up, chill, and hope to be back @ it tomorrow. See you guys tomorrow.

Just to answer a few other things...

...i picked up a bottle of THE ONE the other day (couldnt resist the sale!!) and ill probably be getting another bottle in a couple months when it goes on sale at NP. then ill run both bottles in a cycle around aug/sept, so im along for the ride with anyone running a log on it, looking to see some nice results!!...

I wouldn't advise you to run TWO bottles in ONE cycle. A bottle will last you 4 weeks, which is the recommended amount of time for a cycle of The ONE. If you wanted to run two cycles back-to-back I suggest that you do one cycle, do PCT, and run the second cycle ~4 weeks after PCT for the first cycle ends.


Day 3: Holy hell, I've never wanted to eat so much in my life. And on that note, I'm one bloated sum-bitch. I don't mean I'm holding water, I mean my stomach feels like it's about to pop! lol I've got to find a different approach to eating this much. Calorie dense food, smaller, more frequent meals, perhaps, etc...Anyone have any advice?...

Possibly more frequent meals. Or eating every 2 hours, with an amount that you feel comfortable with. More calorie dense foods should also ease the discomfort as well.

This compound is pretty strong appearantly, so I wander (all the time as of late) if 2nd gear will cover me. Anyone else have that anxiousness about this?

As mentioned in threads in the Applied Nutriceuticals subsection regarding this question, yes it should, so long as you are following all other PCT recommendations (but if you feel the need to have something more on hand as a precaution that is up to you).
 
i already am a believer. im up 5lbs, but more importantly, i feel like a bull, all the time. it seems to be having more of a recomp effect on my as opposed to a bulk, but im not complaining. im verry impressed. wheres those pics bd??

I'll set up a log and everything but i was wondering if besides using milk thistle and and antioxidant blend, is there something you guys are taking for cycle support? dirk didnt seem to mention needing anything else on his superhumanradio broadcast but still...

I havent been taking anything and others arent as well.

HAHAH yeah i completely forgot that i had posted that... i actually said that before i realized that the daily dosage for persons under 200 lbs was 3 pills, and given all the talk going around about the results being seen at 3 pills ill just run a 5 week cycle at 3 caps/day (given that i am only 170). i dont think i want to kill my system with two back-to-back cycles of the same compound anyway. thanks for bringing that to my attention though!!

On-cycle you shouldn't need anything aside from:
* Multivitamin
* Antioxidant
* Fish Oil
* Milk Thistle
* Creatine
* Protein Powder
* BCAA's

I believe this to be the opposite of truth.

If in a year, on average, we gain 10 pounds of lean mass with proper diet and nutrition.... but on a PH gain 10-20 pounds in a month you have to wonder what the toll is on your daily processes.

Im not saying that PH's ruin anything per se but if you need x amount of nutrition to walk, breathe, process and deliver oxygen, digest, heal and fight infections... That you need to dramatically increase x and everything else or the power of a strong anabolic takes nutrients sceduled for normal functions and uses it for your muscles or to fuel you in longer, heavier workouts.

It is quite common to get sick after a week or longer of a cycle and i personally believe this to be because of lacking nutrition and a flood of signals to fill muscle needs above all else.

Russian is fine with no lethargy, a freak mind you, but a very big eater of protein, healthy fats, fruits and essential muscle fuel.

Not knocking anyone with this but suggesting a solution for your sickness.

I really haven't had time to update between the gym, school, work, and everything else. I know, I suck! lol I'm only working a few hours this morning so I SHOULD have plenty of time to throw up the new pics today. I want to take the time to give you guys a solid, in depth 1/2 way mark review with pics because I might not be able to post for a few days. Going to Savannah with my girl tomorrow for 3 days for the St. Patty's day party and I'm not sure how much time we'll actually spend in the room. The One 2 Week Mid Cycle Review

Strength:
This is easily the most noticeable aspect of this compound. I was stronger the FIRST day I took this stuff. The weights continue to go up with each and every workout. I'm doing weights I havent done in years and it comes easily now. 10/10

Workouts
Absolutely amazing!! The focus, the intensity, the pumps, and the strength gains make the gym fun again! The pumps are sometimes a tad painful and might make that extra rep hard to get, but it rocks. Had minor lower back pumps but taurine kicked that right out. 10/10

Mood/Aggression:
Mood is off the charts! Sometimes it's a euphoric feeling, like nothing can bring me down. Others it's a total Alpha Male mentality. Not where I'm full of rage, just confident, in control, and you ARE the man. Amazing stuff! I have found the last few days that my patience is running thin more, but that may be due to the work and school crap I'm dealing with. I'm still giving it a 10/10!

Libido:
For the first week or, I had an extra appendage. He was out of control. I
t's has since 'stabilized', but during sex the erection quality rivals ED pills. (Oh whatever, like I'm the only one thats ever used them recreationally!!!) 10/10 This sh!t will make you a pornstar.

Appetite
The first week, week and a half, I wanted to eat anything and everything!! Since then, my appetite has been up n down, 1 day I'm ravenous, other days I have to make myself eat. I would probably be up several more lbs if I were eating better/more. I'm not sure how to score this. Both aspects could be good or bad, depending on your goals I suppose :-/ 8/10


Joints:
These weren't really a problem until just past week 2. Could be because I'm an old bastard and I'm pushing weights I haven't pushed in years. I'm mega-dosing the fish oil and they are much better. 8/10

Sides
Unless you want growth, lean weight gain, leaning out, huge strength gains, awesome mood, a pornstar libido, and workouts like yo've never had before...stay away from this product!! :laugh: 100/10!!

This is by FAR the best, most effective supplement I've EVER used! You will be hard pressed to get me to use anything other than AN products from now on. I can't wait to finish this out!!
