Personally i'm just going to take a front, side and back shot and then take measurements.

As far as rules go... umm it has to be you in the picture.

You're gonna need a newspaper or something similar with the date on it to prove when the picture was taken.

I think the only real rules are that you must take the photo with something that has the date on it to prove the pic is taken from that day and no prohormone use...well, you can but you won't win that way.

Ok I will have 2 week pgoress pictures coming up in two more days. i think you guys can trust me with the two week progress pics lol since i just started my cycle TWO WEEKS AGO haha. plus there is a calender in the back with JUNE on it .
