Oh guys I'm gonna ask a personal question here, so here we go... The last few times (during pct) my wife and i have gotten busy, I haven't had any libido issues or ED type issues, but it seems like my fvckin d*ck is never ready to squirt his love juice, I mean it's like a hardcore mental battle to force it to happen and it takes like an hour and a half to two hours. I mean I don't mind some cardio but that is rediculous, any advice, support, or similar experiences would be appreciated brothers.

First write out your PCT.....also your on Oxycontin, I had some serious health issues about 6 yrs ago and was in pain management for nearly a yr. the Oxycontin can give you delayed ejaculation, and just fvck you up in general.......... so its prob. a combo of PC and narcotics....... so just chill and get off the Oxycontin and start taking about 200 mg of DHEA/day, if not already. I am serious about getting off the Oxycontin, if your not already, its a NASTY drug bro that does fvcked up sh!t......It fvcked me up BIG TIME.......

also - men with premature ejaculation often have high histamine levels - those with delayed ejaculation have low levels. i'm not 100% sure on this but i believe oxycontin lowers histamine levels.

you can try taking L-Histidine - 500mg 2 or 3 times per day - to raise histamine levels.

Oxys are done bro, I threw the bottle in the dumpster yesterday, I don't need that **** anyway! Just taking some motrin now. I'm on Day 11 of Pct and the PCT is :

Nolva - 40/30/20/20/10
Letro- I'm tapering off, i'm down to .25 e3d last dose tomorrow. Never went above .5 eod.
Creatine Mono
100mg of DHEA .

Thanks Hank! **** is getting on my nerves, it's like an olympic event just trying to ejaculate, but i'm glad that i don't have any ED or libido issues. I'll look into L-histidine, never heard the connection between, histamine and ejaculation.

Seated calf raises: 4 plates 15,15,20,20*
Leg press calf raises: 400lbs 15,15,20*
ARMS:
Preacher EZ bar curls (wide grip): 95lbs-10,10,10,12*
Db hammers: started at 60z and ran the fcuking rack!!!!
Weighted dips: 45lb plate-8,9,10,12
Over head rope extensions: 105lbs-10,10,12,12* (super set with>
Revers grip cable curls: 105lbs 10,10,12,15*
Revers grip extensions: 105lbs 12,15*

Notes: did more volume and a bit less weight today. Also the pump was totally fcuking insane!! Never have I had a pump in my upper arms like this before, I sht you not it's hard to bend my arms parallel enough to type this right now!! Nutz.
I did not train forearms today for a few reasons 1. mainly because I hurt my wrist last week training them and 2. they are getting out of fcuking hand lol...:lol:

Weight's up 10lbs I would guess a good bit of that is glycogen and a lil extra fat. I weighed first thing in the morning so water was not a factor IMO. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow and I'll be getting my bf% done this coming week so I will post that.

Also the cycle officially it ends tomorrow but yes it is sad...... My liver is happy but fcuk him anyways....

I just tried to avoid any type of wrist curls because those are what I fcuked my girlfriend (wrist :() up doing originally..

no need for direct forearm work unless you use lifting straps on back day.

Actually I might have hurt my wrist using those fcuking things come to think of it:think: I only use them for shrugs but I went up to 405lbs on those and then hit the revers cable wrist curls after that super set with behind the back wrist curls so IDK...Good point though, I use those more for the Brachialis but you guys are both right:thumbsup:

Straps hurt me until I started wearing them different. I put the strap around the top of my hand, where it meets the wrist, instead of on the wrist. When they were on my wrist, they dislocated the joint.

Hmm, I will try that for sure. It feels like I hyper extended my right wrist or some sht for sure. It's be over a week since I did it and I can't comfortably do anything with it. I'm worried this is going to complicate my PCT some what.
 
Fvck wrist curls anyway, there's no need for em bro. Yea, I AM a smartass, I know lol. With DB Hammers, Pinwheel curls, Reverse Grip Cable curls, etc, forearms get worked quite nicely. Also, reverse EZ Bar/BB curls work real well :thumbsup:

Theirs not a need for them,but it will work the forearms better than any other exercise will.When I finish a set of bb wrist curls with a slow negative,pause at the bottom stretched position,and explosive positive taken to failure.I can't hardly grip the pen to write down the reps,my hands are shaking,and it feels like my skin has just been shrink wrapped......I never experience that with reverse,or hammer curls.The priest doesn't work his directly,but frank mcgrath does.Both have amasing forearms that I strive to have.

I also wrap my wrists with coach tape if I'm going above 250 pounds on shrugs w/ straps. Same idea if I'm going about 185 with standing rows. My wrists have a history of problems with excessive impact from punching injuries, so I'm very careful while lifting.
 
They are basically Hammer Curls, but rather than bringing the right DB up towards the right shoulder, you raise it across your chest and bring it to the LEFT shoulder and visa versa(sp?) If this sounds odd, then yea just google the b!tches :lol:

O' sht that's how I've been doing Hammers for like the last 2 years lol....Unless I do them on the incline bench, then I just do them straight. I've had people at the gym ask me " Uh, dude, why are you doing it like that??", "That's not how is done bro." Good then go do 'em your way!! What the fcuk are you a pro BBer?? Cause that's where I got the idea to do them this way from so........see ya at the water fountain ya fcukin twirp!!
 
so BS I'm entering my second week of a 3 weeks cycle of mdrol, I have no sides (maybe a little lethargic) and am currently on 20mg ed. I feel like I could go up to 30mgs since I weigh close to 230, am on a super clean 5000+ diet, and it's only a 3 weeker.
At any point during your cycle did you think of going up to 30mgs ed? and looking back on your cycle now, is there anything you would have changed? thanks boss

O' I'm sure punching punkasses in the dome nugget will have that effect after a while no doubt. I don't want to use coach tape though cause I don't box or anything so I'd just look like a total fag lol..Maybe I'll just order some wraps up.
