O' I'm sure punching punkasses in the dome nugget will have that effect after a while no doubt. I don't want to use coach tape though cause I don't box or anything so I'd just look like a total fag lol..Maybe I'll just order some wraps up.
What kind do you use pantera???
I've never seen anyone do them both at the same time. I do alternating pinwheel curls. At the same time wouldn't be smart cuz you can't get the full ROM. I also seen a pro doing the alt pinwheel curls, which is why I tried em in the first place. It was Peter Putnam. I fvckin love em myself.

You get the full ROM.Your elbows go out a little bit. They have a name. The article said something like usually when you see some strange variation of an exercise that you've never seen before, so and so invented it.
I like 'em better one arm at a time or alternating. Seems to hit the forearm a lil better. Try it see if you like it better too.
Today I did them the way your talking about though. When ever I do alternating db curls I usually do like 2 reps with both arms and then two alternating and so on so fourth....Just to try and trick the muscles a bit more. (there not very smart so it ain't hard IMO lol)
Oh I have man.Honestly I prefer 'em that way mainly cause it's quicker, but I feel my forearms and brachiallis working too.I truly prefer reverse curls for the forearms and brachiallis though, that works best for me.
Were you asking what lifting straps I use,or wrist straps?I realised your wrist are hurting and all.........my wrist straps say Mr david.I bought them from a sporting goods place and it was all they had.Just measure your wrist before you buy some cause they have different sizes.
Timber's mom's son is about to give you a lesson in the curb stomp.
:toofunny: Oh snap....Dude, is that your girlfriend or timber's mom in the background?...
They don't!?!? SORRY BS!!! :ntome:

I think its a good move to drop the dosage bro! don't mess around if your bp is getting out of hand. I had bp issues when i ran a super clone and i was freaking out too.
Yea I'm taking 2gz of Hawthorn ed but still 20mgs pushes it to far for my comfort level...
On another note I have seen VERY little bp% elevation staying at 10mgs so....
I kinda want to go for another week but IDK. My life is a whirlwind of sht right now and I don't want to deal with the hormonal crap coming off right now. Guess I'd just be delaying the inevitable but we'll see. I'm on the fence with the idea for sure....
You may want to look into both Cranberry and Blueberry extracts for their ridiculously high ORAC values. Recent research has shown that oxidative stress, which greatly increases with A.A.S., use, can have an adverse effect on BP and lipid levels. Picking up compounds with potent anti-oxidant activity may offset the balance in your favor, mitigating oxidative-stress dependent pathways of blood pressure control.
As well, adding in simple culinary herbs such as oregano, sage, and thyme may actually have a more potent antioxidant effect than fruits due to their dried nature.
Try it out and see if you can attenuate some of that BP gain.

Evidence suggests that obesity may raise blood pressure (BP) through oxidative stress–sensitive mechanisms and that the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension combination diet (DASH-CD) may decrease BP by enhancing antioxidant capacity. To address this question, 12 obese patients with high-normal–to–stage 1 hypertension (hypertensives) and 12 lean normotensives were studied on their usual diets and after following the DASH-CD and a low-antioxidant diet in random sequence for 4 weeks each. Acute oxidative stress was induced by a 4-hour infusion of intralipid and heparin. Ferric-reducing activity of plasma (FRAP) and plasma F2-isoprostanes were measured as biomarkers of antioxidant capacity and oxidative stress, respectively. BP was lower in obese hypertensives on the DASH-CD than on the usual and low-antioxidant diets (-8.1±1.5/-7.4±1.6 mm Hg, P<0.05). BP did not change significantly in lean normotensives after 4 weeks on the DASH-CD but tended to rise on the low-antioxidant diet. FRAP on usual diets was higher in lean subjects than in obese subjects. FRAP increased in obese but not lean volunteers on the DASH-CD compared with usual diet, and the group difference disappeared. F2-isoprostanes increased from baseline during intralipid and heparin in both groups on the low-antioxidant diet but not in obese hypertensives on the DASH-CD. Among free-living obese hypertensives, the DASH-CD raises antioxidant capacity, lowers BP, and reduces oxidative stress induced by acute hyperlipidemia. The findings are consistent with evidence that elevated BP in obese subjects may reflect an imbalance between antioxidant capacity and oxidative stress that is improved by the DASH-CD.
Great Posting man! "you must spread reps around before giving them to mullet again"!You may want to look into both Cranberry and Blueberry extracts for their ridiculously high ORAC values. Straps hurt me until I started wearing them different. I put the strap around the top of my hand, where it meets the wrist, instead of on the wrist. When they were on my wrist, they dislocated the joint.
Same thing.....
Man it's fun to bag on T-lake, cause in real life he'd prob just beat us down but on the net well......
I believe were the only loosers on here at 10:30 huh? lmao!
Yeah definately losers!!!! Jk , you've all been punked there's cameras everywhere!!! Tricked ya, b*tch. Oh and by the way, no more high BP for BS, that sh*t sucks.
I vote that you extend it another week at 10 mg. since that dosage isn't bothering you. The Milk Thistle seems to have calmed the sick feeling you were experiencing earlier. And the BP came back down when you went back to the 10 mg. I say get you 1 more week of growth. You planned this cycle for some time. Get all you can bro!!! :thumbsup:Well boys today is supposed to be the last day of this cycle and by the way I just worded that you already know WTF I'm thinkin lol....So what say you??

I think if you go back to 20 mg. split it up at least 8 hours apart and take Milk Thistle at a DIFFERENT time of the day. I take mine at night. And if your BP spikes again, just double your Hawthorn Berries. It worked for me on my last cycle. That TRN made mine spike for a few days. I doubled up the HB's and it returned to normal a few days later. I finshed the cycle just fine. Finish this thing strong like the warrior I know you are!!! :head:Aw dog I knew you would vote go! LMAO...luckly I was walkin the rasor already so here we go.....
I will note that I haven't noticed ANY new weight gains at 10mgs for the last few days. 20mgs seemed to bring it on so maybe I'll try and space it out a bit more and see how that treats me today before I decide to go on. If I can continue to make gains I'll continue for sure but right now I haven't gained sht since I went back down to 10mgs.
Last time I hit 20mgs and had the problem I only took my doses 4.5-5hours apart so maybe that had something to do with it???

Charge it brotha... Let's DO THIS! I can't believe you weren't supping milk thistle with the mdrol... no wonder you felt like sh!t! Your liver was crying rape!
Nah, I was since day uno but I was only eating 500mgs of it to keep the gains higher up there. But Fcuk it!!, since I started taking 1,00mgs I feel alot better. Might go up to 2,000mgs if I can get back up to 20mgs of the Drol. But man I'm tellin ya 20mgs is fcuking harsh!!!
SD is fvcking harsh period!Just remember after a little break,it's pinning time!Whens that planned to start?
I was waiting on your sorry ass!?!?! lol....October right now, that's kind of why I want to stop the SD so I'll have more recovery time. but everyone is telling me to run my pct for 4 weeks already so I figured why the fcuk not?? IDK still kinda on the fence. I would rather do test any day IMO..

Ahh! Everybody's moving on to Test! I feel left out. I'm considering it as well though. But first things first, I just started a havoc cycle, took my first dose this morning. Pantera, what will you be using? Prop?
Yes sir!You gotta pin everyother day,but it seems well worth it to me for a much quicker kick in time, shorter cycle, and for less money.
less sides IMO.........
Glad you're done with the cycle bro. SD has been known to cause bad anxiety towards the end of the cycle for some users.
I realized this after reading more, but he should be done IMO. Fvckin around with 150/100 BP is NOT an intelligent thing to do...
