We've got some similar #s going up, except I am still getting my squat #s up again.

When I DL I bring the bar to a full stop and pause for a second and then pull again. Doing my DLs in the next day or 2.

Well I dont run at all or play any sports like I used to a few years back so thats the only reason my squats are going up tbh.. when I was on track and cross country I couldnt increase weight on my squats for **** lol. And yeah that was how I did deadlifts before as well I just wish the gym I go to didnt have these awkward octagon plates... the whole bar moves when u put it down since both sides arent always aligned properly so each time I pause the weight on dl I have to move my feet sometimes so frustrating lol
 
Thanks man! Nope not yet! Deads will be on the second pull day so friday! (I think deads after a squatting day might kill me lol) Curious when you do deads do you drop the weight dead each rep or sortof bounce it a little rep to rep not completely dead?

I dead lift at home on bamboo mats so I can't really "bounce" it... I pull from a dead stop usually.

On your pulldowns do you use straps? I def need to at 200+ lbs because I am only 167. It doesnt help that I have small hands that barely wrap around the bar.

Actually I never seem to need straps for pulldowns/pullups. I do however need straps on very heavy back exercises where I am pulling from below like deads or rows. But for pulldowns I have never needed them even with very heavy weights. I guess my body likes that grip position lol. and thanks! I was one of those guys that always worked out his bis hard when I started lifting so that strength has always stayed with me... a year or two ago I curled 70s 2 times but I think I can beat that now :)

Straps really help a ton on exercises grip strength gives out. I have heard of people using hghpro pre workout and even pre cardio wuith a stim and they say its awesome. I have never done it, and I always like mine before bed.

Also wanted to say I finished my second bottle a few days ago and am now on my third and final bottle! I am going to miss it when it is gone but I gota use it while it lasts and get some good gains this last month! might try the preworkout dosing soon but so far I like it at night before bed.

Thanks man! those 100s might be PRs I forget how much I could do in the past lol and I usually did flat before incline so that helps my incline go up for sure since the chest is fresh. and I shall let you know how that preworkout dosing goes if I do it soon!

Yea all chest movements are synergistic IMO. I love it. I wish I could use it all though. My chest looks best with minimal training.

My chest tends to get good amount of fat on it along with my stomach... how i have always been. So i tend to train the middle and upper chest regions to minimize the fatty look on the bottom. has worked so far i think lol idk

Yea for a while I only trained incline bench once a week... taht was my only direct chest work.

Have you also used hi-rep routines to increase fat burning? I also like the endurance as I build up to heavy weights.

I havent done much hi rep training in general I like keeping it between 6 - 10 reps usually sometimes go up to 12 or 15 on a rare occasion. One day Ill focus on higher reps im sure lol

I tend to keep my reps under 6 unless I'm going really light for deloading. And only if I'm training for hypertrophy do I do more reps. Usually in the form of drop sets. 5-8-12 or something.
 
I tend to stay in the 10 area, but every month or two throw in at least 1 week of 6 rep on deadlifts/hack squats/bench press, and 1 week where I go for the 12-15 range on everything.
 
In honor of this rep conversation I had a higher rep day compared to what Ive been doing!!
The main reason for doing this is my joints are really bothering me from lifting heavy low reps so I tried to keep all my reps in the 10 - 12 range and drop the weight some and do more volume. It deff worked my joints feel pretty good!

I wanted to comment now on the sleep Ive been having over the past week. I can say with accuracy I have never dreamt this much in YEARS. The past week every night I have been having some really crazy dreams and I wake up feeling great (sometimes sad the dreams are over lol). To me the fact that the dreams have picked up during the third bottle would suggest some sort of compounding effect of HGHPRO over time. It seems to have done a very good job of getting my body into that optimal sleep mode. I had a great back workout today as well and tomorrow is shoulders and triceps! woot. ( I had to stop the push/pull split because my shoulder was killing me and doing higher volume lower weight helps the issue while going heavy low reps just makes it worse :/)
 
Had a nice shoulder/tricep workout today. I am off hdrol again so back into pct mode. What I loved about hghpro is it helped my sleep during the cycle which was a huge issue last time. About to hit the sack looking forward to some dreams!

I have to agree hghpro (and hgh releasers) work the best when used longterm.

that is great to hear you had noticed a big difference in your sleep.

yeah it has been great. I only have a few days left of this last bottle it looks like and will do a final review very soon. I want to give my body a few days off to see how my sleep changes without it. I will say even on the nights I get little sleep because of classes/studying I don't feel as bad in the morning because the sleep from the rest of the week was quality and it gets me through the rough patches when I have a large string of exams back to back. I have a bottle of testopro back at school (Im home for a week..spring break) and I think I am going to start that in a week or two :)

hmm phenibut eh? That's pretty crazy. Gona have to try this combo with the 4th bottle of hgh pro I got.. maybe in a month... I notice when I have very vivid dreams I can easily only sleep for 5 hrs and feel refreshed when I wake up.. something about those deep dreams must mean you are getting very deep and relaxing sleep. At least that's what it seems like to me

Yeah I have those nights sometimes when I wake up a few times as long as I fall asleep right away again Im usually ok. I slept 12 hours last night I must have needed it lol...woke up a few times as well... but every time I woke up I rolled over and was out again in a minute.
 
Tonight is my last night on HGHPRO!! I missed a few doses throughout the 90 days so I should have been done a few days ago.. but tonight is the night! Sad to see it go :( crazy it's already been 3 months... man how time flies.
 
90 days of HGHPRO Final Review

I think I offer a unique perspective on this product because I have used in all the scenarios that anyone on this forum will encounter: on cycle, in pct, and off cycle. In all three areas the product was extremely effective at what it claims.

Sleep quality: 9/10. With time using this product I noticed that my frequency of dreaming increased dramatically. I slept deeper and I felt better when I woke up in the morning. Yes I had a few bad sleep nights but they were very seldom when using HGHPRO. I usually have a very hard time staying asleep. I have used many OTC sleep products and even some RX ones. I found that I did not need to use any of the RX products when using HGHPRO. I did not have issues sleeping through the night and overtime this effect seemed to grow. It was as if my body was getting used to staying asleep (aside from the need to get up and use the restroom, of course).

Recovery: 9/10. I really wasn't expecting this at all to be honest. But I can say with certainty that my recovery from workouts was better on HGHPRO. I am the type of person to get DOMS pretty bad after certain workouts. My frequency of DOMS and soreness in general decreased over the past 90 days. This is no doubt related to the deeper sleep that I experienced.

Speed falling asleep: 6/10. HGHPRO does not claim to help you fall asleep faster. It definitely helped with sleep quality after I initially fell asleep but I also have issues falling asleep initially. I did feel more relaxed sometimes while taking HGHPRO and I suspect this to be due to the GABA in the product. And for this reason I give it 6/10 for speed falling asleep. I took melatonin (generic 3 mg) on occasion if I had issues initially falling asleep. Like I said this was not a claim the company made about HGHPRO so it is not something that bothers me at all. I am sure stacking it with their other sleep product would be a great addition.

These are the three areas that I am judging it on by mainly the first two. Since the last area was never claimed by the company the overall score I give HGHPRO is 9/10.

No matter the stage that I used HGHPRO it delivered pretty consistently and would suggest using it for a longer period of time than one month. I know the second and third month were much more productive than the first. I believe these natural hgh boosters work best when taken over a longer time frame. It makes sense that the body would need some time to use the ingredients to optimize your hgh output as your sleep.

I would suggest that anyone on the fence with this product contacts someone from AIsports and gets some sample packs. I know that you will feel great after one night using it. That should be enough for you to give it a try for a month or two.. or three :thumbsup:.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK AISPORTS ONCE AGAIN FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY. It is still hard to believe it has already been 3 months.
