Yeah it did thank god lol. Thanks a lot for your advice with the protocol I used did erase at 5 caps for 4 days...4 caps for 3 days...3 caps for 3 days..and now im cruising on 2 and used 40 nolva for two days went back to 20 and now im only at 10 nolva per day. The sensitivity dropped in like 3 or 4 days and after about 7 - 10 days the size reduced and now everything is back to normal. Props to the erase seemed to really do the trick

Good leg day there bud. Back soreness really sucks for squats lol, way to tough through it.
 
Yeah I think I am going to try erase 3 caps per day in all 4 weeks of my pct next cycle to see how that goes and if it changes the outcome I dont want to risk that happening again. And lower back soreness/pain is the worst for squatting last week I could get 315 for 10 and today it was a struggle getting 275 for 5 lol sigh

A good night's sleep is essential to progressing how you would like. Without sleep there isn't full recovery.
 
Makes for a better work out in my opinion. The whole feeling like cardio while pumping... I always try to throw in some frog kicks inbetween to get that heart rate up. Makes me think I am losing fat and building lean muscle at the same time...

I am not sure exactly what day this is but I am a little more than half way through my first bottle it looks like. So far I have actually noticed something interesting. I see a lot of people saying how hgh pro has helped them sleep for a very long time and have very refreshing sleep. I personally have woken up feeling refreshed, however, it seems to have me sleeping less than I used to. It seems that without fail my body wants to wake up earlier than I used to wake up. What this tells me is that I am getting better quality of sleep so my body does not need as much total sleep time. I cannot comment on strength gains as those are hard to pin on a product like this and I also just changed my workout schedule. What I can say though is that I deff feel my overall recovery from intense workouts has increased.

Strength is fun but starting in January I am going to cut for the first time in my life :O. I am giving myself three months got my diet all lined up I better have a 6 pack by then it is going to be an interesting experience!

Did a higher rep light chest and bicep workout today because my left shoulder is giving me some issues and I did not want to push it. Kep reps around 15 - 20 it was a nice change from my usual low rep workouts.

I have been feeling strange for the past few days and was wondering if I could get some input. I have been feeling very antsy/anxious upon waking up and throughout the day and this has never happened to me before I think it is anxiety but I am not sure. I am taking both HGHPRO and activate xtreme which both contain good amounts of l-dopa. Could this high amount of l-dopa from these two supplements be causing these symptoms? I have never experienced anxiety before so this is a very strange feeling for me. I only have like 3 days left on my activate xtreme so does anyone think I should stop taking HGHPRO for the next few days until my activate xtreme runs out then start on the HGHPRO again? I cannot think of anything else I am taking causing this issue.

Ive been lifting for about 5 years. The first year was pretty serious the second and third year not so much. The fourth year kinda serious and this past year Ive been very serious in my lifting.

Well here is my life story lol.... Was in the 130s when I started. In two years got to 190s but good amount was fat cause I just ate my heart out. Third year lost a lot of weight since I went to college and didnt have time so started fourth year at 170 and slowly gone up since then. I'd say right now Im the biggest and leanest Ive ever been and trying to keep up the progress as best I can

20lbs a year is good...
I at that don't have time stage....
 
Today was my last day of activate xtreme so hopefully any anxiety feeling I was getting before will not come back since my daily l-dopa dose will be much lower. Today was a rest day from the gym but going to be working on my back tomorrow with some higher volume work trying to change things up and get some higher rep ranges in (12-15+)
 
Good to build that muscle endurance with hi-reps. Hopefully the anxiety goes away soon.

Good info, that's why these logs are so important . . . human guinea pigs ;) A reported great test booster to stack with HGHpro is DAA, I may do that after a little break from TestoPro . . . maybe along with AnaBeta!

I was very much a fan of anabeta when I used it for 8 weeks last summer felt great pumps all day from simply eating. I'm actually on DAA right now and I am glad I have some l-dopa with it because my prolactin went above normal range last time I tried DAA solo. I have a bottle of testopro that I will probably crack open in a few months :D
 
The whole daa is definitly coming my way I just have to wait to time it right, just switched jobs so gotta wait for that first pay check and it is on! Have you noticed any kind of side effects by taking DAA with HGHPro? any extra positive effects? What is your daily intake consisit of...cal, protein...etc.?

I think taking DAA together with hghpro is great because the l-dopa in the product will help with any prolactin issues. I was having some erection problems last time I took DAA solo (most people do not have these issues with DAA but some people do like myself because of the increased prolactin) and taking l-dopa with DAA seems to help get rid of this side that I experienced. My diet is really not very strict right now because I am on break from school but starting in a week I plan to aim for about 1-1.5 g carbs/lb, 2 g protein/lb and fats I dont really track. I am going to try and recomp so I will see how that diet treats me.

The products purpose is to increase quality of sleep and in doing so increases your recovery from intense workouts. Think of it this way..when you go into the gym after a few days of poor rest and lacking sleep how do you feel? You feel tired rundown and weak. This product allows you to maximize every night of sleep wake up feeling refreshed and when you go into your workouts you are able to lift heavier weights because your body did its job when you were sleeping. No it is not like taking a stimulants preworkout it does not increase your CNS activity but it works by allowing your tissues to repair faster and get more out of every workout.
 
Had a fast leg workout today because i was short on time. The past two nights I have had amazing sleep. The dreams have been so vivid I do not recall ever having such vivid dreams before in my life. I felt as if I could touch things and really feel them and everything was so clear it was really fascinating.

My shoulder workout yesterday was solid did higher reps on triceps really burnt them out after doing shoulders.
 
Looks like the hghpro is helping you out eh? I think the addition of the higher reps has really ramped up you hgh output. Looks like your sleep is getting much much better though. No more problems like you were having on the hdrol run?

My sleeping problems have really been reduced significantly I have a much easier time falling asleep now. I never thought of the higher reps having any impact hmm. Deff no problems like I had on the hdrol I have enough hgh pro to last me through my next cycle Ill do in a few months with hdrol so hopefully this will help prevent issues from coming back... we shall see!

I'm about 1.5 x BW of carbs roughly 250g for me and I'm always low on protein I usually manage to get my body weight which is roughly 180. Carbs are so e z to eat and usually carb meals taste great.

So after one month of hgh pro I am going to give my opinion of the product so far. The main reason I was picked for this log is because of my sleep issues. I have always had trouble falling asleep and my quality of sleep has never been that good. Over the past month my sleep has improved immensely. The product doesnt always help me fall asleep faster so I still take melatonin but not as often as I used to. Hghpro seems to shine in deeper more restful sleep. I have had some nice dreams for the past week which I never really have. I remember I used to dream a lot in high school but since I started college I have not gotten very good quality sleep (for some reason whenever I dream in my sleep I wake up feeling much better than if I dont dream). Looking forward to the next two months of hghpro. I am adding in androhard tomorrow to my supplement list so I am hoping if androhard gives any sleep issues hghpro should be able to take care of me. :thumbsup:

Nice review man! Looks good so far. I miss not having it for sure. I take melatonin and GABA before bed with the ageforce patch and like it better than straight melatonin so far.
