All pre-workout if you can handle it (GI distress).
Gi distress means what in the case of betaine?
Explosive poops.
I get explosive poops from daa
Is there acute effects? Or is it saturation though?
Would also like to know! Started it some hours ago and it hit me hard GI wise no joke.

It really doesn't matter when you take it....pre, post, etc., with or without food. Its well absorbed and the results are due to chronic use (i.e.: it being taken up and stored by the muscles). Excretion of actual betaine is incredibly low. Working on a review of the performance enhancing effects of betaine and a deep speculation into mechanisms. Hoping to have it submitted early in '14.

You the man. I will say there is some evidence that preworkout dosing may positively affect the hormonal profile while weight training. Mild effects

$25 for the Full text. Looks interesting.
Well this sucks, looks like I'll have to split my 1g tabs in two. Or I could just do 2g pre wo and 1g post wo?
