Ok ... I didn't know ... Why? Is it bad when there is too much fat ???
It is just not how GDA's work. They are not designed to prevent fat gain from blowouts and cheat meals. They are designed to improve insulin sensitivity and help control elevated insulin levels from high-carb meals.
a GDA is best served when eating a clean bodybuilding-style diet prior to higher carb meals (like 40g+) and in doing so ensures more carbohydrate gets partitioned to muscle glycogen.
Everyone treats them like they are some magical pill that controls damage from an insane cheat meal. They don't. That's not how they work nor is it what they are intended to. You can use them like that, but they are not doing what you think they are doing in that scenario. Using them with high-fat meals does nothing to prevent the excess dietary fat from being stored, only if you have absolutely terrible insulin sensitivity and constantly have elevated circulating insulin levels, but if that is the case you have bigger problems than the after-effects of a cheat meal.
If you want to do damage control for a cheat meal, get Evomuse Defuse and a white kidney bean supp, and maybe a vanadyl sulfate
