Best pre-Workout supplement

I will definitely do that once I am in a house again. Rightnow I add 10gm bcaa, and 3gm DAA to my PWO. Its quite a punch.

U use daa 12/12 so for the 12 days I'm on I add it. I also would like to add some ecdysterone... The list just keeps growing!!
 
I love it. I plan on continuing using it until it runs out. 30 days worth straight. I just want to see the results. I want my next pre workout to have less stims in it. Its just hard to really put out the intensity without them. I work full time in the navy, and my job and schedule is tiring. Then add training, and dieting on top of that. Its another full time job that I do love to do. IRON Lives forever

if you are in the fleet it's easy to find time to workout-much like being in prison, lol. both ships i was on had very nice gyms-but they were both flattops.
 
My first ship was. Now I am on a DDG, Or Destroyer. I wont complain though. There is something. lol. we just got a new sonar tail, which moved things around.

Yup, we got Dumbells up to 100, and were fixing to get a smith machine, and a nautilus leg press. Better than nothin. Anyway, Who here has tried any of the new PWO or NO products with Glyco Carn in them, like NO BOMB, OR CODE RED??

I have.I felt great while on glycocarn but i was expecting more of an NO/pump effect to be honest.went up to 8 grams a day at one point.

I did too. I tried Code Red and it was definitely the best pump I had. Lasted thru the entire workout. Blows other NO precursors, like AAKG and etc.

really? maybe some respond better than others. I bought 2 bottles thinking I would love it from the reviews of gplc, however it doesn't work for me.
I'm running a log of it on another forum and am having no additional pumps whatsoever.
 
Are you using the full clinical dose? The studies showed increased production of NO, and increased working capacity. Do you have enough glycogen and are you hydrated enough to get a pump?

Yes Mesomorph is a great product, but so is MAXIMIZE V2 by I force. My pumps and energy are great with that too, and not too much stims.

no arguement here, maximize is a good product. but mesomorph packs more punch, imo.
 
I have run both MaxV2 and MesoM...while both are excellent,the nod has to go to Meso for me. They both do everything you could want from a pre-workout product but Meso just gives you a bit more.
 
What do you guys think on mesomorph? reviews look promising and havent heard anything bad from anyone on them? any personal opinions who have taken it? or anything other PO's of other NO pre workouts that give the best pump?
 
how long does the energy from meso last?
maximize V2, great product, the stims from one scoop would last for about 8-10hrs for me, i cant handle that
i currently use pre-surge unleashed, SP Max, and white flood, i like pre-surge/wf the best currently
 
mesomorph is the best damned pre-workout i have ever tried.
 
I won't be looking elsewhere for a pre-workout with stims and a great pump! Mesomorph has it down.

it is more than a 25 day supply if you if you only use on workout days. plus the fact that you don't have to use 2-3 scoops like a lot of other pre-workouts. i use a scoop and a half, and i don't know of anyone who is using more than that.
 
i currently use pre-surge at one scoop, 45 servings, and i get it for 25$.
and i usually use 1 to 1.5 scoops of white flood to...but if its that good ill have to try it

i have used both of those-trust me, if you are good with 1 scoop pre surge, i guarantee you that 1 scoop mesomorph will be plenty for you. imo, mesomorph is a much superior product. geez-just look at the reviews, everyone who has tried meso likes it!!!!!!




and btw-nutraplanet really needs to carry mesomorph!!!!!
 
im not argueing its not gonna be a sweet product man, i just cant do to much stims when it comes to 1,3 dimeth, it keeps up all day and night...if this is not the case with meso i will surely buy it considering im restocking on supps soon

maybe meso isn't for you-maybe you should just try the creatine nitrate.


no 1 supplement is going to be right for everyone!
 
Can't say exactly how much 1,3 Dime is in Mesomorph but it is the last ingredient on the formula list on the bottle. I believe they list that stuff in descending amounts contained within the supplement. Maybe JD can comment...

pre-surge sometimes affects my sleep
maximize v2, 8-10 hrs of pure energy, always ruins my sleep
jacked, i crash real hard after 3-4 hrs, doesnt affect my sleep
san launch, idk if this really even has stims in it
vpx bang, does not
maximize was before pre-surge, hence my concern

if you read carefully you will see that several of us feel that meso is stronger than maximize, if you can't handle maximize then i really don't think you should mess with meso-it really is a potent pre-workout.

you have listed several likes and dislikes on the various pre-workouts you have tried, and you don't seem content with any-

i strongly suggest you go the homebrew route and put together a pre-work that meets all of your requirements.
 
maybe do half a scoop? but if it is that potent i want no part in it, i hate all these flavored stims hittin the market these days wtf gives
Ill give meso the benifit with its high cit mal, ba, creatine nitrate content...it is why this appealed to me...it does meet everything i want other then stims
i pretty much home brew now, with pre-surge or white flood for the kick i want

that is why i posted earlier that not 1 single supplement ever made is going to please everyone. for me mesomorph is as close to perfect as anything i have tried-but that doesn't mean it is going to be right for you.

It is extremely potent, and the most effective. But unlike others (and I know other people here will back me up) it doesn't last continuously like maximize. I got that surge while I work out (especially when we have to do Army-Cardio) but for the rest of the day I just feel awake and happy/satisfied. I've never had the issue of meso affecting my sleep.

Another thing you may want to consider know that I think of it - MORE CARDIO! I know I'm making a suggestion without knowing your routine - but extra time running and/or on the bike always burns off the extra energy. For me anyway.
 
i train 5/3/1 for powerlifting, im usually extremely burnout from the lifting alone
and do 20min cardio each lifting session
and ill just do a homebrew i guess

Im ordering creatine nitrate and if i get a few samples of meso ill try half and a full scoop and see how i fair, if its too much i learned, if not ill buy

body octane by MAN would stack great with creatine nitrate. as far as i know it was the 1st ba/cit mal product. check it out!
 
Check out Shock Therapy by Universal. It doesn't have 1,3 Dime but still gives a good kick. No ALCAR either..
 
i was thinking of stacking body octane, creatine nitrate, and White Flood or Focus XT, maybe Maniac?
How is Focus Xt and Maniac?
I dont like the look of shock therapy...
 
FocusXT is an awesome product. It will not give you that "Tear Sh!t Up" feeling but it really turns the mental alertness up a notch...
 
That attitude comes from within yourself bubba. The pre-wokout supplements just seem to make it easier to tap into that rage. Right now Mesomorph is doing that for me.
