Hello,

I am a big fan of NoShogun and also White Flood - but I find it if take these too late at night they can make it hard for me to sleep properly/get a deep sleep.

whats people's advice for a great pre-workout supplement that doesn't have any stims? a bit of sugar is ok, but not stims

thanks!

I would give hemavol a look; it has always gotten great consistent feedback in the past and to date. It's a non-stim NO designed to increase plasma volume leading to heightened vascularity and fullness.

I haven't used either of them, but I've heard good things about PreMax and Caf Free Ragnarok.

If you're looking for more endurance effects, Drive or Cre-02 are excellent - and also help re strength and leaning, etc.

Otherwise, there is Invalid Link Removed.

OR you could create your own stack:
* Drive - dose as directed
* IGF-2 - dose as directed
* Choline Bitartrate - 1g
* ALCAR - 2g
* Tyrosine - 1g

^^^ Ultima is a great choice. I almost never see negative reviews.

my favorite stim free pre-wo I've tried is HemaVol + CBol. The combo is nuts!

i agree about drive, i really like it. body octane aint bad either. also hemodraulix!!!

I have used premax, loved it, but also a bit pricey, if you can't shell out the shillings for it I would look into a gplc based product, or even just buy some in bulk, works well for me when I want non stim.

Drive gives some really good energy for being stim free.

Agreed. GPLC would be another good choice, throw in some tyrosine and gluconorolactone(sp) and you would be set.

I can't take any of the stim related pre-workout products out there, it's just too much. I have always liked Drive. But I have been itching to try Pre Max because of the hydrolyzed casein.

I am 100% with the Ultima recommendation. I was using that and only that for a month and still made gains. It is highly underrated and needs to be used by all at least once to see how effective it is.

I totally forgot about adding L-tyrosine, I used to use blast and poseiden, gave me great workouts and not too heavy on the stims.

Pre Max
Hemavol
Ultima
or your own concoction.

I have heard of some people mixing premax and assault or asgt, one option could be to use only premax when working out at night, and when you are planning on using stims do the mix. I still have to try the mix though.

i would really agree with pre max or caffeine free ragnarok, both have potent doses of what you need, although i do add bulk beta alanine for lactic acid buffering, some good ol creapure creatine for strength and ATP production to pre-max

ragnarok already has a great dose of creatines in it and people love it, ive tried samples before and liked it, although personally i need my stims :)

I have to look up the ingredient profile on ultima and see how well it would complement my premax, interesting though it is.

Pre-max

islandmagic mix
scoop of 1 assalut+ a scoop of pre-max

also caff-free rag is also very good!

anyone wanna test some HemaVol? I'm up to send some loggers out!

I would love to try hemavol, I work 7pm-7am and sometimes workout after my shift, rough times. I have been around the block with preworkout supplements. Here is a link to my glycobol log I did a little while back. Invalid Link Removed

for a great pre-workout supplement that doesn't have any stims id have t say pre-max is a good pick for sure. along with some creatine your GTG.
me i like me stims

I have never tried it - but I would also support this. I have always wanted to give a container of this a go, and although I have surely spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on supplements over the past decade, I just can't bring myself to punch my 16 digits in. It is still a great looking product nonetheless! :)

Has PLCAR become "unpopular/uselss" these days?

Where do all the carbs (18g) + sugars (13g) come from in PreMax????

Ultima is the best I have used to date.

The product contains actual freeze dried pomegranate.

This is a great idea, I have always liked Pomegranate after I read an article describing their uncanny power to boost NOS levels and impart a good pump in the gym, not to mention their antioxidant capacity. Something else that is of interest that has been studied, without much fanfare over the years, is beet root powder/juice. This has been shown to enhance muscle volume... although I have not tried it personally.

Thank you it really is, we use:

No soy

No artificial flavors

No artificial sweeteners

No artificial colors

No preservatives
Our flavor profiles use actual freeze dried fruit

Not sure about popularity. Not useless to some. Just not what I would put in a stack.
