ah that sucks, I just saw your post and that was from yesterday! Oh well. I can't find much info out there on Slin-Sane. I just got a bottle of GlycoBol. Do you think it would be a waste to stack them? If not, what do you think the optimal way would be for a recomp?

Genomyx, I have a couple questions for you.Do you recommend taking more than 1 cap at a time for higher amounts of carbs? Do you think it would be ok to take a cap pre-bed? Whats a good protocol on dosing on a carb up day? Just popped my first cap about 5min ago Im getting ready to eat now. Will let you know how the workout goes!
 
Yeah, I usually wait around 90mins after my meal to hit the gym. . . So we shall see, My carb intake is very low right now only about 180g per day so I should be able to tell the difference
 
I have taken 2 doses of slin-sane thus far and Im highly impressed. Upon first dose I became lethargic and was lethargic till I got to the gym. I consumed 1cup of oats and 5oz london broil as my pre-workout meal. I would say the biggest thing I noticed was increase muscle indurance Wow. . I train DC style and on my 2-3RPs of each exercise I was rivaling my first sets reps. Really Impressed, I havent noticed anything visual yet as I think its to early. Although, I do feel more dense and Im still sustaining my pump from over 1 hour ago.
 
Hey Link sorry for the late response. IMO 2 servings at 1 time would be way too much. It’s really strong and if the carb serving is not at least 40-50 grams with 1 cap you can feel pretty hypoglycemic. Especially if your daily caloric intake is already low.

Before bed wouldn’t be a bad idea either. If you do dose before bed take 1 serving, you may even be able to increase growth hormone release by regulating your blood sugar levels. I’ve done this before and have woken up feeling full and vascular.

How did you feel taking a serving with your meal? I normally take my servings with my carbs. But either way will be effective.

Yeah, me too lol nothing like buying supps that actually work! Slin workout great on my carb up yesterday too! I dosed it with meals 1,3,5 meal one was around 130 carbs so I dosed 2 caps after that meal vascularity was way up all day! I also came in about 2 pounds dryer that normal as well, muscle bellies were nice and full this morning. . . Really enjoying this product!

Been taking it almost a week at 2-3 caps per day, Vascularity is kicking up now almost a week in, Endurance is unbelievable, Im starting to look a lot tighter as well, Strength is up too! Which is awesome cause Im dieting, Im feelin real good about this supp

Snagged some slin-sane, 1 cap glycobol pre-breakfast, 1 cap slin sane with post-workout drink, and it's pretty much eliminated bloat for me.

Same here man, bloat and water retention are greatly reduced for me as well, especially on carbs ups. Had my second carb up yesterday with Slin-sane, woke up this morning looking lean, dry, with muscle bellies nice and full. Cant wait to hit the gym tomorrow

Anytime man, I just like letting people know what works and Slin-sane definitely does. Can't beat the price either, I got 3 bottles stocked up at my casa :D I used to think I was carb sensitive until I met slin-sane lol. . . now im eating a good amount of carbs and trimming off the body fat wohooo
 
Hey all, I have been reading up here for a minute trying to get my nutrition information here as I am trying to lean out while retaining the strength gains I have made. This got me interested in nutrient repartitioners...which to be completely honest, is a whole category of supps I was totally unaware existed. I started off by trying some yellow gold. It deff had the effect it claimed, as I found out by waiting too long to have any carbs post work out after taking it....but oh god is it horrid lol. I found this thread and was turned on to slinsane, and although the ingredient profile is obviously different, I felt the same effects so I am confident it will work, but to be honest, this is my first full day using it, so I obviously can't say this is helping me drop body fat yet. Now my question regarding this supp is this, if you take this with simple carbs or complex carbs, are the results going to be the same? Is this really only useful during pre and post work out meals? Or can you use it on carb containing meals throughout the day, and still see the positive effects of endurance and vascularity? I am not trying to get the ok on a crap diet, but if this makes the once and a while slip up not so painful, this will be a staple in my bag, as time and choice are luxuries I am not always afforded.

but, understand, diet will rule the day over any supp in existence.

the idea is to learn how to make time to eat right, and do it consistently; then, these products can have an immense bearing on body composition.

Yessir, and multiple avenues.

Pre-, Intra-, Post- Workout.

I find with the LCLT, Agmatine, and Beta Alanine it suits ME best to use it pre-workout. I usually do 2 scoops of Protocol with 1 Scoop Caff Free Blue Raz Ragnarok and it works very well. Completely swole... Taste is decent, but I didn't expect kool-aid. I really like the synergy within each product, very nice work. I gotta get another bottle soon, but gotta wait until payday.

One inparticular if I eat 6x a day ill have dino dueces 3x a day. And its awesome never feel bloated and no runs.

But partioners really do help due to inhibiting some abosorbtion ofcalories.

If eating maintence it will put u in a slight deficit

Please....I live on Chicken and veggies lol, I need to put more greens back into the diet and tweak a bit more, but for the most part I do eat whole foods. I have to say I am on point 90% of the time as far as diet goes and it is starting to show. I was just curious as to the possibilities because of the scenarios where it wouldn't be possible to be so on point.

I might not actually be eating enough, but upping complex carbs..since I had severly reduced them, should get me back to that point. I don't want to be too deficient as I am trying to lean out while maintaining what mass I do have. I am excited to see what this can do come bulk time.

Could you take SNS-TTA-500 (Tetradecylthioacetic Acid) within a similar time frame of these insulin mimetics (slinsane), or do they need to be spread apart for maximal efficacy?

it would be QUITE an effort spacing all of these out with the meals i have. Im actually running a TTA, Slinsane, vpx clenbutrx, greentea extract so hopefully get this MESS organized lol, any advice very is appreciated

meal 1: Clenbutrx / SNS-TTA 30mins prior, slinesane 15mins prior etc?
meal 2
meal 3 slinesane 15 min prior to Pre WO meal , SNS-TTA 30min before cardio
meal 4 Clenbutrx
Meal 5 SNS-TTA

and so on
