i like magnesium before bed as its the best thing to help me sleep, and its cheap. but what is the best form to take?
hmm, i always take my mag in the AM, maybe I'll switch. It really helps you sleep?

Glycinate, malate, citrate, taurinate are all good. I prefer orotate if you can find it. Google orotic acid.
lmao, when you said zinc, it just clicked.. ZMA! hahaIt sure does mate, zink and magnesium.. I pop it every night just before I hit the bed... A cortisolinhibitor also helps me sleep better, deeper i guess, I don't wake up as much as I usually do..
Try it atleast, if it doesn't work for you, then switch back to your former schedule.. Remember to avoid calcium around that time...
